    Cancun - Solo Traveler

    Solo traveler, this resort is more for family and not for Solo traveler. I felt ignored as a solo traveler, specially at Rosato Restaurant didn’t want to provide me with a table because I was alone, they gave unacceptable behavior, bad management and horrible service. But great service and friendly for the THAI KUNN restaurant, excellent! Overall, great rooms, good location by the beach and good food. Must improved activities, friendly approach and entertainment for solo traveler. Suggestion; must provide a pool with bar for adults only.

    Crepes!

    This is our 4th time visiting Fiesta Americana Condesa with our son and friends and every night after dinner we’d visit Paola at the crepe and ice cream shop. She always greets us with a friendly smile and makes the best crepes! The caramel is my favorite!

    The best experience ever

    Clean environment and friendly staff. The best staff was in the buffet. Chef Miguel, David,Sergio, Antonio, Orlando, Enrique, Alejandro, Pedro, Cesar, Mauricio, Guadalupe, Reyes, Anselmo, and German. That lovely group of people treated us like FAMILY

    Best desserts ever!

    The stay here was spectacular, and the fact that it’s an all inclusive is a big plus. The churros and crepes were the best I’ve ever had too!!! I would highly recommend stopping by the dessert station near the Moon Tower. I stopped by at least three times a day on my trip and it never disappoints. THANK YOU SO MUCH PAOLA!!!!!! 🥰 She was my favorite employee, remembering me and all of my family. She made the best fresh crepes demonstrating her seasoned dessert making skills. Love your desserts Paola they’re addicting!

    Great place for vacation

    Very nice place. Great service. Friendly staff. The food options are always sufficient. I would definitely come back again. The pool was nice and the beach is clean. The staff is always available to serve and help. The room view war magnificent
