    Fairmont Kea Lani is Dreamy! :-)

    I LOVE this hotel. This was our second stay and the rooms have been updated since our last visit. The restyled room was gorgeous, spacious and comfortable. I always expect fluffy, bright towels at a top-notch hotel and these towels were amazing! The staff was wonderful at every turn - special thank yous to Tara and Petey at the front, Chris, Erin and Sunshine in the cafe, Vine in the market and the housekeeping team. ALL were STELLAR. Note that this is a family-friendly property, so at times, the ambiance can get a bit noisy - especially during daytime at the main pool and beautiful beach. There is an adult pool which we frequented. So if you are looking for full peace and quiet, be on notice that is not always the vibe. But it did make me very happy to see so many families and kids enjoying time together. MAHALO, Fairmont Kea Lani. I am so very grateful to have been able to visit with you.

    Our Favorite Hotel in Maui

    We returned to our favorite Maui hotel on our 31st wedding anniversary for the fourth time in 10 years. We can’t say enough about how great this property is. The ocean views looking out over the island of Lanai with a sunset every night from your balcony is unsurpassed. The staff is exceptional and greets you every day with a friendly aloha. There is no need to leave the property because everything you need is right there at you fingertips. If you need to leave there is a car service that will take you within 2 miles of the Wailea area. The staff at the front desk were great Tami checked us in and Tara checked us out and took care of any questions we had during our stay. The concierge staff was always available and so helpful. Our housekeep Ms Irene has been with the hotel for 30 years and was always helpful and it speaks volumes for a hotel to have dedicated housestaff like Irene. The restaurants were all excellent. You have to go to Ko’s for the happy hour sushi. Mark, Kris and Keake(sp?) were so great at the bar. Nick’s seafood is a must dinner for the seafood. There really is nothing to complain about. You get what you pay for!

    Amazing all suite resort in Maui!

    The cleanest resort and suite! We were extremely comfortable and the staff in every department was sweet and went above and beyond during our stay. We will be back I hope! The property is absolutely beautiful and you have everything you need right there.

    Honeymoon Paradise

    My husband and I just returned home today from the most amazing honeymoon at the Fairmont Kea Lani. We originally were supposed to switch islands halfway during our trip but we loved the Kea Lani so much that we decided to change plans and stay the rest of our time at the Fairmont!! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The staff at this resort are beyond amazing. We were greeted with leis by the friendly bellmen and once we checked in, we were pleasantly surprised to find champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, and a beautiful note from the hotel staff for our honeymoon. We spent most of the days on property because there is truly no reason to leave! It’s actual paradise. Every single person we met, both staff and guests, were terrific. The food and drinks at all of the hotel bars and restaurants were awesome too. Never truly ate or drink one thing during the whole trip that wasn’t good. Huge shout out to both Chris’s at Luana Lounge, Cyrus at Nick’s, and Nick and Noel at Ama. They made us feel like family the whole trip and provided top notch service and recommendations. There is also a house car for transportation to other Wailea properties that we used a few times and made our lives very easy. We honestly loved it here so much that we are already planning our next trip back either later this year or next spring and it has barely been 24 hours! By far the best service, hospitality, and overall vibes I have ever received at a resort. Can’t recommend enough!

    10/10 recommend

    I went with my two young kids and husband and we had the most amazing time. We stayed in a suite and it was plenty of room for us even with two pac n plays in there. This hotel is extremely family friendly but also good for people without kids. They have a pool area where families where and then another pool with people without kids where the swim up bar was. There was also an adult pool. The staff was so kind and helpful. I asked for a pac n play and they provided a non slip mat in bath, diaper pail, and milk in fridge on their own! They went above and beyond. Food was good too! Our package included the breakfast buffet and it was really good with a big variety. Had food that was gluten free and vegan as well. It is expensive but I feel like you are getting what you pay for. It was also beautiful and well kept. Lounge chairs were comfortable and had a cushion. and everything was so clean. Also one night there was a firework show that was very good. The pools had poolside service the beach did not. But there was a food truck right outside the entrance to the beach that you could get drinks and food from. Small menu but good enough!
