Location is great, hotel is good
We had two adjoining rooms in the Resort Tower. They could use some updating (furniture, lighting, etc), but they weren't at all uncomfortable. Certainly, nothing fancy about the rooms, but if you want fancy there are other options on The Strip. Elevators were fast, but also pretty dirty (particularly the doors). Service from all staff we encountered was very warm and friendly.
It’s like a one star hotel.
Unclean room, unclean corridors, pool was closed, no view from the room. We called before booking the rooms so that we can get a nice view but they still gave us the rooms which had no view at all. Also, the feel of the room and hotel was also not good.
Did my sleep on the Castle
this is my favorite go to place to stay in Vegas located close towards everything rooms are always nice and clean stuff is always professional friendly. I preferred the resort tower with queen beds, love, the casino and restaurants.
smelly dirty room
Our room was dirty. There was a layer of dust and dirt so thick on the nightstand that I could write in it. There was mold in the shower and there was built up dirt and grime on the bathroom floors and walls that could be cleaned with some work, but wasn't. The room was a 4 person occupancy with 3 towels, no hand towels and no wash cloths. The bathroom light kept tripping and then wouldn't turn on- even though we were not using any other appliances. Many of the outlets did not work and the room smelled as if old room service was left behind.
Room was loud
The room was dirty, musty and noises coming from mechanical room were so disruptive - did not relax at all on vacation! When we arrived, we were not advised where to get our room. Upon departure, we were treated rudely at front desk. We will not return.
