Great deal during the week
Great weekday prices. Functional and great location at end of the strip, but if you have your own food to refrigerate or need internet, look elsewhere. Bought a nice bottle of white wine and brought back to the room. There was an empty space where the refrigerator goes. When I called, they said they can offer one delivered to my room for an additional fee.... what??? I had to use my cellular connection for business video calls.

Excalibur stay
Loved the pillows just wish there was a tub to soak in. I wanted to be able to take a bath instead of a shower when we were there. I didn't like the fact that I had to pay another $200 for a deposit. I didn't have a good view either. The pools were nice though.

Avoid Excalibur
Broken toilet flooded room was told we would be charged for damage, wasn’t repaired so was with no toilet in room for over half our stay. Was harassed by workers while walking through main floor to buy their tickets/vouchers. Staff was very rude with attitude.

Not great….
Room was dusty and not hoovered during our stay. On one of the days our room wasn’t cleaned and beds not made up even though we had not used the do not disturb. We rang housekeeping to remind them to clean every day, which they did. We paid $35 for a buffet lunch which wasn’t that fresh.

Fine hotel. Bad entertainment selection.
Room is fine, casino is fine, centrally located. However, the TV channel selection and quality is terrible. I know it's a small thing, but I don't want to spend 30 minutes channel surfing when I'm trying to unwind. It really feels like they haven't updated the system since 1985.
