Do yourself a favor, book elsewhere.
From the service to the ridiculous "we won't deliver anything to your room unless you give us $25 + gratuity" INLCLUDING A KETTLE. Mind you I paid $2000/night for a parlor suite, to the slowness of everything we ever asked for, this was the single more disturbing, painful and worst experience we have had at any hotel in the world. And we live in 5 star hotels everywhere back to back. Like we travel back to back so we know what to expect. And on top of all that I have been lied to about the charges that will be made as a total by the staff. So on top of the worst service and food of any 5 star hotel I have stayed at, you all are also dishonest. Because I was told I won't be charged for a couple of things which I have still been charged for despite having been promised otherwise. I have stayed at the Wynn in the past 4 other occasions because it USED TO be the best hotel in Vegas and once upon a time even in the world to us, but I will never be returning here and I will be leaving reviews everywhere to make sure nobody has to go through and endure this. Just one example out of everything that happened to us: First, there was 1 toothbrush in the room which was for 5 people - when we asked for a toothbrush, 30 minutes later when it wasnt there, we called again and they said it's on the way. Another 15 minutes when we called again they told us we called a minute ago and need to stop calling over and over. They were just wrong about that because we were watching an hour long tv show and we called in the middle of it and then again by the end of it. And btw when I said we have been waiting for 45 minutes, the person on the phone rudely said it has only been a minute. When I said it really has not, she goes "speak to my supervisor". Unnecessarily escalating the situation herself. This is how little they care that they know even escalating a situation like this will only get them off the call not caring about fixing the situation. Bonus: - The waiter at the buffet gave me the check before even the water and juices and kept checking if I signed the bill over and over again. He came 4 times to check if I did and when I asked him what the hurry was he said he wanted to leave. - They charged us $200 for eggs and French toast. And they were worse than any diner in the world in quality. - don't tip the valet before you get in the car because they will think their job is done and won't help you to put anything in the car despite you giving a $20 tip. Honestly there literally is nothing good left on this resort. Like I can't even believe how many horrible experiences in one go I have had at this place. The only decent people in the entire resort were at Brunello Cucinelli.

Unacceptable Experience and Lack of Accountability at the Wynn Hotel
Unacceptable Experience and Lack of Accountability at the Wynn Hotel My recent visit to the Wynn Hotel on Easter Sunday was deeply disappointing and left me both humiliated and concerned. While standing in line for the buffet, I was unexpectedly approached and targeted by hotel security. I was publicly questioned without any proper identification or explanation, and it was suggested that I resembled someone suspicious of a crime. The encounter was abrupt, embarrassing, and entirely without cause. What’s most troubling is not only the way the situation was handled, but the silence that has followed. Despite making multiple attempts to contact the hotel, I have yet to receive a direct response or explanation from hotel management or upper leadership. No one has taken the time to offer a phone call or acknowledge the emotional and reputational impact this incident has had on me. In a hotel that presents itself as a premier luxury destination, I expected professionalism, discretion, and accountability. Instead, I was left questioning whether facial recognition was improperly used, whether my personal information is now part of a database without consent, and why I was not treated with the respect that every guest deserves. Until the Wynn Hotel addresses this issue properly—with transparency, responsibility, and direct communication—I cannot recommend this property to others. My experience was unacceptable, and the lack of follow-through from management only adds to the disappointment.

Outstanding Service at Encore Las Vegas
We had a great stay at the Encore Hotel in Las Vegas last weekend, and I especially want to thank Lynn, the manager at the front desk, for her outstanding help. It was my sister-in-law’s 60th birthday, and Lynn went out of her way to make sure we got the rooms we needed. Thanks to her, our stay was not only more comfortable but also more enjoyable and memorable. She was incredibly pleasant and polite, and her thoughtful assistance truly made a difference in our experience. I hope this review lets her know how much we appreciated her kindness and professionalism. Thank you, Lynn!

Lovely
Myself and my husband-in our 60’s- from the UK, stayed in this hotel in April 2025. I don’t imagine I can add much more to all the positive comments about the hotel rooms… ours was as lovely as all the comments suggest, with the added bonus of views over the Sphere. This was our 3rd trip to Vegas in just over 20 years. We were visiting Vegas this time to see the Eagles in The Sphere. Our room had views of the Sphere -which was a lovely surprise bonus. We’d to queue for a while ( ten minutes 🤷♀️) for check-in, but by the look of things,it could’ve been a lot longer. Check out was smooth enough, although the bill was quite confusing ( it was interesting that people checking out at the same time as us were also trying to clarify their bill 🤔) We’re not gamblers so can’t comment on the casinos, although they looked nicer than many of the others we walked through during our week long trip to Vegas…We didn’t eat in the hotel - we prefer less formal dining- but there seemed to be plenty of specialty restaurants. Drinks in the bars at the hotel were not much expensive than similar venues. Although there are a number of pools, not all of them were open during our visit in early April 2025.
