Excellent in Covid Times
My husband and I stayed overnight here, as a stopover during our drive from DC to Houston. We were pleased with many aspects of this hotel, including the location (walkable to many restaurants), free parking, welcoming staff and clean rooms during these distressing Covid days. We felt the hotel took all the precautions it could, while providing a safe Happy Hour. We left before breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. All in all, a fine stay at the Embassy Suites in Tuscaloosa!
We stayed at this hotel overnight while traveling back home. We rented a 2rm king suite, which was very nice on the premiere floor. No different that a king suite at any other hotel. Only thing different was the price. Nothing special about the breakfast, no “made to order” breakfast like we were promised (not told this while checking in) Save yourself some money and get the king suite elsewhere...won’t be back to a Hilton Hotel
Super Nice, Loved this place
What a nice Em.Suite. Even with Corona they still give a decent breakfast and happy hour. Very clean and pretty will stay here each time I return to Tuscaloosa. The staff was friendly and went out of there way to make sure you were happy.
Nicest Embassy Suites EVER
Everything about this Embassy was awesome. My check in process was smooth. The lobby was very clean and the person checking me in was pleasant. The room was outstanding! There was “Lysol: Hilton Clean Stay” sticker on my door. I fell very safe and was able to relax completely for the one night I was there. I will be back!
I must give this hotel a 10!! We stayed here for a family wedding, and I wanted to stay at the hotel and never leave. The staff was welcoming and the hotel was overtly clean. During this pandemic, I felt safe and satisfied with my choice. Marriott was not an option due to bad experiences and their cleanliness of rooms. I appreciated the confirmation left on doors showing which rooms had not been used. Keep it up, Hilton!!!
