No to TV and AC, yes to MOLD!
The AC doesn’t work, the TV has no signal or cable connection, there is MOLD in the bathroom, and this place feels like a motel. & I don’t tend to write reviews, but to have people pay the regular price and not offer all that’s meant to be included is ridiculous. Get your money’s worth and go somewhere else! (I had multiple coworkers stay here as well, and they all shared the same experience)

Staff (Darren) are good, Hotel is in shambles
I’ve stayed at a lot of Hilton properties throughout my life and this one has to be the worst one by far, there is mold in most of the rooms I was in, I saw some in the lobby as well, the rooms I stayed in smelled like cigarettes even though they told me the rooms are non smoking. The breakfast was actually really good surprisingly. The front desk staff were amazing, I had a lot of issues and I talked to Darren at the desk around 1 am, he was very respectful and spoke very politely, I felt he actually cared about my issues, I feel bad for the front desk staff as it seems they get a lot of complaints from guests as the hotel is run down drastically. There are also no balconies.

We love this place!
I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member. My wife and I were recently stuck there for 3 days and we have not run into a friendlier staff than this in a long long time. As far as the facility goes, it is exactly what one would expect from an EmbassySuites! However, the staff is what made it extra special on this particular trip. When it came time to leave, we were exchanging hugs and handshakes. We told them they became our extended family for a few days. Can't thank them enough. My message to executive staff of this hotel chain is to make sure these people are taken care of. Many thanks to Sharonda, Kyle, Elise, Andre, Colton, Raul, and Alena. They are your face, and they represent you well.

Needs a refresh
We stayed here last night. We were to stay at another Hilton property but were overbooked so Hilton Diamond line helped us get in here. The front desk checked us in told us to park at a door which was locked ( stated locked at 11pm) which went through the bar with multiple rolling bags, down steps. No signs for any elevators. The hotel looks like an old Holiday Holidome walking in. Missing the pool and amenities in the center but has that vibe. Once we found elevator and maze to the room. The room didn’t look recent remodeled. Especially the bathroom. It had a black stain on the tub floor. My husband checked the bed and it was nasty covered in crumbs and hair - disgusting! So we changed rooms. Remember this was our second Hilton hotel and now in room 2! It’s now 10:30 pm we checked in at 9. Breakfast was nice fixings but most of the elevators don’t work, the sheets were scratchy as heck. The rooms were not remodeled recently. The carpeting is missing in the hallway. If I was coming back here I would not come here again especially for the $400 they want for a room.

Excellent customer experience
Deep gratitude to Shurronda and Kyle at the front desk. They went over and above to be sure that I had a wonderful and special customer experience during my 8 day stay there during a difficult transition in my personal life. Even though the property is old and a bit run-down, the customer service made it worthwhile.
