Amazing place!!
Not sure why my review wasn’t posted. The best trip I’ve ever had. The resort, the food, the staff, absolutely amazing. We had a great anniversary trip thanks to Edith, Leslie, Víctor and Carlos. Please give them a raise because they deserve it!! The gym was great, the drinks were perfect, our room always so clean, the attention and friendliness was beyond. 10/10

Never again
Very disappointed in this resort. If you are a beach person this is not for you. Beach is very underwhelming and small. This resort is in need of so many repairs. There were so many rust spots in pool, tiles broken and missing from around the pool. They also make promises they do not deliver on. I will never stay there again.

First time in Mexico
First time visiting Mexico and it certainly didn't disappoint! Amazing staff from check in to check out. They are lovely people and couldn't do any more for you. We were lucky to be on the Seaside Palms side which was beautiful, tranquil and overall exceeded our expectations. We had a swim up pool which was much needed! We were an end which had a swim up bar ( slightly dangerous) 😂 The room was spacious, looked after and couldn't fault it. The beach had quite a bit of seaweed, however you have staffs out there from 6am till 7pm, working to get rid of it! We knew what it was going to be like, so it didnt ruin our holiday. Foods/restaurants were very good. There's something for anyone and everyone. My partner especially liked the freshly cooked tacos outside the seaside market. Honestly such an amazing place and would highly recommend! Staff were amazing, special thank you to everyone but Victor, Nelson, Wilbert and José really made it exceptional. Thank you and we will be back soon.

Very hard not to be negative……..
Arrived Sat 19th July, weather was beautiful and resort gardens and surroundings are gorgeous and very well looked after. Staff are kind, courteous and helpful. These are the very best things about this resort. First night at 3am water leaking through bathroom ceiling so had to move to the room next door. No problem, as all done and dusted in 30 mins. However, we are currently here and staying in the Premium rooms whilst travelling with TUI and the rooms are very very dated. Lots of very dark wood furniture, cream walls but rooms are spacious. If you are looking for modern, this is not it. The Beach/Sea - you currently cannot even attempt to go into the sea as there is a severe seaweed problem (there is also the most dreadful smell that smells more like sewerage than seaweed). This is not just localised to near the beach the actual amount of the stuff goes out quite far into the water. The smell is extremely unpleasant and makes you gag! The hotel is extensively under occupied and this has resulted in the closure of some restaurants and very poor evening entertainment (virtually non-existent to be honest and only 1 outdoor bar this side (TUI side) has anything going on. Beautiful cocktail bar above the Seaside Market Restaurant closes at 10pm!!! Mexican night last night and if you didn’t want to attend this there was absolutely nothing to do. Food - Breakfast - Nice choice and variety at Seaside Market and Culinarium. Food Lunch - The International Restaurant does burgers, hotdogs, burritos etc but don’t dare ask for fries as you may be told a firm, “No, we don’t have any”. Dinner - Asian/Japanese, Italian, Gourmet Pub - for me, not the best. Food is lukewarm veering on cool. Guests here are treated very differently depending upon where they are from. Mostly everything here is geared towards keeping American/Mexican guests happy even down to where you are seated in the restaurants; it is actually quite blatant. However, the weather has been beautiful and we have undertaken 2 fabulous excursions (Cenote swimming and snorkelling with turtles and then horseback riding at the Bonanza ranch) both were awesome. The hardworking staff here really do try their best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible but not everything is within their control. The current map of the resort is incorrect and you can spend a bit of time looking for things that have now moved to a different place. I will definitely return to Mexico but on the whole we would not return to this resort.

this is a hotal for the ameericans not for the brits. they park you in a block, away from the americans calling it premium, but it is not premium. food is quite samey and very US biased, even down to peanut butter icecreaam the bar staff serve the americans first.... even if you have been waiting The pools and sunbeds are lovely, the hotel over all ok, and the breakfasts were good. the gym is not equipped. no working rowing machines, very few pieces of equipment espeically given the size of the hotel it was fine but not fabulous
