Where do I start with this review.. 2 weeks in this resort and safe to say I'm glad to be going home. We arrived and we specified with the tui rep when we booked that the room we needed had to be a ground floor. My partner has disabilities that cannot be changed but reasonable adjustments are made and we get by. They put us on the 6th floor yes there's an elevator but that doesn't compensate for the almost upright ramp that you have to climb to get to it. We made the hotel aware of the issue, they said if you'd made us aware on check in we could have done something.. we did. We didn't get moved until the 18th which is 5 days before we're due to go home. Bit too little too late. Foods ok, managed to get by on what we've had. Nothing has blown us away. Transport so there's shuttles around the resort, due to mobility issues my partner needs to use them more than normal. Standing and waiting 20 mins is alot especially for someone who can't so after alot of explaining and alot of google translate we finally got it sorted so that we got a shuttle to collect us from our room.. it lasted all of a day. I then had to scream and shout in the middle of reception to get anyone to take notice. After explaining it all AGAIN got it sorted lasted a day back to square 1. I'm now at the point where this is the only way our voices are going to be heard with the terrible time we've been through and our views taken seriously. From laughing at someone because they have a life threatening latex allergy and making them feel uncomfortable to making us feel inadequate due to disabilities. I'd come back to Mexico but I won't be coming here again. I'll do whatever is necessary to make our voices heard on this. Because I can guarantee it's not like this on other resorts!

Luana and Benjimine were fantastic! Louis and angel were great. Made our pool days so much fun. Loved them to pieces. Food was delicious, the shows amazing, and the resort and rooms were very clean. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Will definately recommend this resort and will come back.

You might wanna bring your own pillows! This resort is clean, well laid out, good size rooms. Everything worked excellent in the room. Pools are cold! The food was good quality but there’s not a lot of gluten-free desserts. Staff is amazing, everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The entertainment was really good and the beach was nice (no issues find a chair). Highly recommend going here.

Fun in the Sun
My husband, brother, sister-in-law, and I just stayed here for 7 days and had a wonderful time! Be sure to get to know Benjamin, who runs the entertainment—he’s an absolute blast and truly made our trip even more memorable. Don’t miss out on his events! There was one server who walked around the pool for drinks but can’t remember her name, she was also amazing and she remembered our drinks from the previous day, talk about service!! The food was great. I definitely recommend the tacos and the tuna at the Driftwood restaurant and we loved the beach grill over on the Seaside Palms beach. There were tons of lounge chairs and Cabanas available. Never a problem getting a set of 4 chairs by the pool. Highly recommend!

Handcrafts !
Luana and Benjamin, today was so peaceful. We made handcrafts and painted clay cups together such a calm and creative moment. Everything felt easy and sweet. So glad I got to share it with Luana and Benjamin. They were really nice. Just us and other tourist, the painting colors, and good vibes.
