An amazing resort, beautiful scenery and lots of fun options for food and drink. Rooms are very spacious and great beds. Staff was especially awesome!! Big shout out to Jose, Angel, Luis, and Maria with the entertainment. They made the experience great!!

This place is truly like paradise. You’ll never want to leave and you will always want to come back
El Dorado looked so beautiful I didn't think it was real, until I got there. All the pictures I saw online were in fact, the truth! The landscape and grounds were kept beautifully. They clean and take care of the resort daily. Every crew on the resort is absolutely amazing! There's something for everyone. If you like to lay on the beach, go snorkeling, drink all day, party at night, or whatever else, this is it! There were plenty Bali beds and loungers for everyone. So much to do and see throughout the whole resort. This was my second time there. I traveled with my elderly father both times. They have golf carts that the staff used to drive you around to different places. The butler's were amazing and made the trip more comfortable. If you needed anything, they were there to help. They made you feel like family. Ana, Arturo, and Azi were so amazing. The entertainment crew Luis, Benjamin, Luana, and Maria made the daytime so much fun!! Especially Luis & Benjamin. From games, painting, crafts, water aerobics and much more, they made you feel special and loved. Crystal blue waters, many different restaurants, many different bars, several pools, and staff that makes you feel like family. Everyone is so kind and friendly. From housekeeping, landscaping, maintenance, servers, bartenders and in between. It truly is paradise. I've been to Mexico 5 times, and this was my second time at this resort. I wanted to go explore different countries or places but I keep coming back here. It feels like home. There is so many gorgeous photo opportunities as well

Mexican perfection
I would like to start this review by stating that I am still here at the resort and feel compelled to write this as I am lounging on the Bali bed looking at the crystal blue waters while reflecting on the past week with my better half. If you are at all sceptical of coming to this resort please don’t be. I myself read some negative reviews before travelling and booking here so I was a little apprehensive myself before embarking on the 11hr flight. I can honestly say that if you are looking for a tranquil, romantic and relaxing stay then don’t hesitate. I have stayed in multiple 5* all inclusive resorts across Europe and only decided to go further a field this time round. The food quality is phenomenal, drinks premium and service second to none. Make sure to use the app (QR code at the front reception) in order to navigate the hotels different amenities, restaurants and bars along with cocktail menus and dinner menus. You can also see all the scheduled entertainment and activities for the coming week and plan your stay accordingly. Thank you for having us it’s been true bliss. We will be seeing you again in the future I’m sure.

Had the best time - thank you!
Had the best time at El Dorado, booked this trip through TUI to have sometime off after stressful year and couldn’t have picked a better spot! El Dorado staff definitely know what they are doing and really take care of you - make sure you get their app/ webpage to know what’s happening so you can join on the fun there - volleyball , water polo, cultural entertainment, etc. oh and definitely check out the Mezcalito bar! Huge thank you to Luis from Entertainment for making our trip special, we hired snorkelling gear from him and he gave us some tips where to snorkel - thanks to him we saw lot of interesting fish, an octopus and a stingray ! Another thank you to Jesus from the Bar - his tequila master class was truly memorable and informative.

Amazing resort
This resort is amazing. The beach and grounds are beautiful maintained. Luis and Maria from activities are so much fun. Luis did an great job being the MC for the Karaoke night. Marie always has a smile and the painted pot activity is great. Our beach butlers, Gabriel and Celvin always had our chairs ready for us with towels. Breakfast at Seaside Market is a must. The food is delicious and our two favorite waiters, Robert and Hugo always remembered our order from one day to the next. If you are looking to be totally pampered, this is the resort!
