    Best staff I’ve ever experienced

    I’m still in awe of the two nights we spent at the Eden ROC Miami Beach. Our family had our first cruise over thanksgiving week and felt like spending a couple nights in Miami before heading home. My expectations were very high for our stay and I can say that the staff and hotel exceeded them in every way. Maria and Zach were absolutely wonderful at the front desk. And also the front end manager Nick from NY was super nice and personally saw us off. Rico the entertainment director was amazing always saying hi, smiling and checking on us to make sure everything was perfect. His attention and attitude were amazing. Hana at the concierge desk helped a family(us) with no idea what we were doing at every turn and never made a question or request seem small. When she wasn’t able to help us directly Jelena did a wonderful job. Our dinner at NOBU was absolutely wonderful and a bucket list restaurant for myself and my wife. The brunch buffet was phenomenal and worth every penny. Every staff member inside the Oceanside restaurant beyond kind and the omelet station was 🔥 DJ was our server at the pool, and again was so kind and helpful he has to be mentioned. Our room was very clean, comfortable and our view was great. We absolutely recommend this property, and hope to be able to return again.

    Jean-Eddie the valet supervisor greeted us each day with an awesome attitude and friendly personality. It started our trip off with a big smile and service makes a big difference in today’s world to me, he exemplified great service. Thanks - Tone

    Thanksgiving 2024

    A wonderful experience, overall. Very rarely do you find that an “ocean view” room (vs. and “ocean front” room) actually has an incredible ocean view. The ocean view rooms at the Eden Roc did not disappoint. The hotel staff were wonderful and kind. Zack at the front desk was particularly wonderful. Being sabbath (Shabbat/Shabbos) observers, we found Zack and the staff to be incredibly accommodating to our unique needs. Keep up the great work!

    Not in a hurry to return

    Giving the hotel a three was a gift. While the prices were fair, the food was limited , expensive and less than fair. As with most places, some of the staff were excellent and some were sub par. The food at the pool was fair, once again, over priced and limited options.

    Great location Room was large approx 600 square ft. Balcony overlooking ocean. Staff super helpful and friendly. Great Location. Nobu pool is warm. Menu in Ocean social very limited. Wi fi was very intermittent. If you don't have Data need to pay extra for larger band width
