    Nobu was definitely worth it

    The hospitality displayed at this beautiful hotel started with Raul in reservations who made the entire reservation process as easy and simple as 1-2-3! He was charming and so professional and even though there was no concierge (we celebrated a birthday) he managed to get us a beautiful gift bag upon arrival that meant so much to us. The room he upgraded us to had a lovely ocean view and we did not want to leave! At check in Ms. Sherein the manager was equally as lovely and charming. Her warm welcome made us feel like we were home. For the most part the services are still there (no spa though understandably) but we still had a wonderful relaxing weekend in large part to the service and hospitality displayed by Sherein and Raul - we will return in the future because we felt so spoiled!

    Nobu is Incredible!

    I’ve heard about hospitality at hotels, but I’ve never truly felt it, not until I stayed at the Nobu Hotel. My husband and I booked an impromptu weekend getaway to reconnect and spend time together. From the moment we arrived, we felt like royalty. Carlos approached our vehicle and asked if we were checking in. When we confirmed he opened the door and immediately took all our bags. I told him that I could carry the grocery bags we brought and he insisted, stating that he intended to make us as comfortable as possible. He was a perfect gentleman and guided us to our check-in. Martin took the cart with our bags and guided us to our room. There was a slight hiccup with our room and he stayed with us as we got it all sorted and made small, but delightful talk with us. He was very kind and patient throughout the whole process. Sherine is an angel. We booked our trip with her and stated our desire to have a relaxing and delightful experience. She asked if we were celebrating any special occasion. We told her we were just trying to reconnect and spend some much needed time together. She ensured that our accommodation fit the occasion. Our room was the epitome of what a romantic weekend should be like. She ensured that all our needed were taken care of and she truly made our weekend magical. We understand that due to the pandemic housekeeping was limited. However Julian ensured that our needs were met. He checked on us to see if we needed any amenities and serviced us with the care and hospitality that upscale hotels are known for. Our room was spotless and impeccably clean. I was so impressed by the towels sculpted into swans and elephant. The elephant was so cute I refused to mess it up. We even received a note wishing us a great stay. We were so impressed, we had to know who to thank for such a lovely presentation. Thank you Alianne for setting up our room so beautifully. We truly felt like special guests. The hotel overall is so beautiful and the lobby smells heavenly. The view from our room was perfect. We loved everything about Nobu Hotel and will definitely be returning for a longer stay. We’re in love and plan to visit every time we need a romantic getaway. Thank you Nobu!!!!!

    Nobu hotel? More like the Motel 6

    Where do I even begin? When I booked this hotel for my birthday trip to Miami, I was expecting a 5-star experience, as advertised. This was definitely not the case. From the moment I walked in, I was disappointed. The front desk agents did not let me know that my room would not be cleaned for the 3 days I stayed there. Instead, they just gave me a piece of paper and said “read it yourself”. The room itself was fine, but the light was broken and did not shut off all day and all night. I had forgotten my toothbrush so I called the front desk and waited 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone, after that I had to walk downstairs just to find someone to talk to me. The pool service was horrible - Over an hour wait for a drink and a sandwich; overcharged for a pina colada because I had “ordered a double”, when that was a complete lie. Scammers! We had to provide our own music at the pool because their speaker didn’t work. If you want a proper 5-star hotel experience, you should not be staying here.

    THE BEST IN MIAMI

    When we pulled up to the hotel we were greeted like royals. The service was by far the best. Michael put us in a beautiful ocean room with a balcony and a stunning view. Thank you Michael for the great service. Malibu Farm was a bit delayed in service but it was worth it. Food was absolutely awesome. .

    Beautiful property but customer service needs improvement

    We stayed for 4 days at this hotel and it was a beautiful resort like with beach access, pools, wonderful restaurants including Nobu and Malibu farm where we ate. The room was lovely and spacious however you would think that during this pandemic and economic crisis the hotel and the staff would be going above and beyond when it comes to their service. It was impossible to get a hold of them when you called from your room. So frustrating to the point that we were ready to throw money for an extra night but since they didn’t pick up and kept transferring us to the general booking line when inquiring about how much an extra night would cost we left on the day we originally planned. I’m pregnant and my boyfriend had three luggages to carry and nobody offered us to carry our bags inside the hotel or when leaving. The staff just stood there and poor boyfriend had to carry everything alone since I can’t. We would have tipped the bell service boys. During beach time nobody would come and offer you a drink we had to go and find someone to bring us a menu or something so we can order things. Again...we are happy to give our money to the hotel but these types of things like waiting on someone to offer their assistance is very frustrating. Like my boyfriend said we shouldn’t have to be after the staff to order things for so long. There was no housekeeping which was a bummer to have to clean our room on our own however housekeeping did assist us in giving us supplies and came to clean the room once during our stay which was nice but also kinda gross if you think about it. I understand this is for safety reasons but we didn’t know housekeeping wasn’t operating daily and again the point of a hotel is to rest and relax not have to worry about cleaning on your own. Overall the staff and the customer service was average which is disappointing since this is a luxury hotel. We are supposed to come back to Miami in December but doubt we will rebook here despite how pretty it is customer service needs improvement.
