Beautiful views and great service! Pampered every day
The balcony views are fabulous! Great service all around. Water aerobics with Dani, Berenice, Jessica, Erik, Henry, Juan, and Irene made it fun and it was great exercise! Relaxing vibe at the resort. Beet juice and green juices are great! Beautiful spa!
Dania, Berenice, Jessica, Erik, Henry, Juan & Irene are awesome when it comes to entertainment! That are really involved and make sure everyone has a good time! They made us feel welcome & always made sure it was a great time! Visit this resort for fun activities with staff members that are truly passionate about their job!

I just spent 3 nights at Dreams Vista for a conference and it was an incredible exoerience. Rooms are new & modern, food and service were awesome. Be sure to book preferred cluub level for the additional amenities especially the adults only rooftop pool. It has amazing ocean views and a great place to relax, cool off and have lunch. Complete bar & food service during the day. Looking forward to my next stay at Dreams Vista!
Stellar Experience froM BEGINNING to END!!
While we have visited many other Dreams/Secrets properties, this was our first time at Vista and we are IN LOVE!!! Compared to other Dreams/Secrets, Vista is more “vertical”, but that was one of things that we loved. The overall footprint isn’t super overwhelming, but they have all the same amenities and experiences as a “traditional” layout. From the time we arrived, our breath was taken away by the amazing ocean views on every floor of the property. The staff were extremely welcoming, kind, and energetic. The views from our room were excellent and because the property is a high rise, we felt the balconies to be very private. The room itself was very comfortable and spacious. It was hard to pull ourselves out of the rain shower each day because it was so relaxing, lol! Our room was in the preferred section, and we LOVED taking advantage of the room top pool, preferred lounge/bar, as well as the complementary Hydrotherapy circuit. This property maximizes the benefits of the preferred status. During our stay we signed up for the Chef’s Table experience and it DID NOT disappoint. It was a completely private event with an amazing server, food, chef, and overall experience. It is something I recommend taking advantage of while at Vista! On the recommendation of one of the bellmen, we signed up for the boat ride that takes you to the mall across the marina. This is a complementary service that the resort offers, and something we enjoyed. The mall is outdoor and allows for a nice stroll and afternoon activity. We took advantage of our complimentary preferred club Hydrotherapy circuit and found the spa to be VERY relaxing and serene. One of my favorite aspects was the amount of natural light that bathed the entire Hydrotherapy area as well as the outdoor spa area. Because the Spa sits on a high floor, the views from all the spa pools are amazing. Something you don’t get with a traditional “horizontal” resort layout. In terms of the beach, because Vista is a “vertical” layout, the beach may be smaller than some are used to at a resort, but we found it to be most adequate and enjoyable. My husband took advantage of the ocean blow up slides and trampolines that Vista has setup and said they were a blast. Because I’m more of a “pool” versus “beach” type of person, my favorite thing to do while my hubby was at the beach was to sit in the hot tub that overlooks the beach and take in the views! While we did not bring our kids on this trip, we do have two little ones (5&2yo), so we always like to check out the kid amenities. Vista has a great kids waterpark area that includes a Flowrider (wave/surf machine), water play area, and pool. The best part about the waterpark area is that it is located directly next to a quick service style restaurant with burgers, hot dogs, pizza, and a full service bar. This makes it super easy to spend that day at the waterpark and not have to worry about grabbing something to eat for the kids or a drink for Mom and Dad! We had an AMAZING time at Vista, and are planning on going back again in the Spring with the kids! Now, one of my best experiences with Vista actually happened AFTER we left. On the day of our departure, we left Vista late afternoon. By the time we got home, spent some time with the kiddos and caught up with my parents – it was around 10p by the time I started to unwind. It was around that time that I realized I had left ALL of my jewelry in the closet of our room at Vista. I was mid-way through packing, so I had taken it out of the safe, but got distracted and forgot to put it in my bag. I immediately started to freak out and called the hotel to see if anything had been turned in. Because it was so late in the evening all of the housekeeping staff had left for the day and I was given instructions of who to follow up with in the morning. The next morning, I reached out to Miguel (the Assistant Chief Concierge), as instructed. Despite being a little frantic when I spoke with Miguel, he patiently listened to my situation and informed me of the steps they would be taking there are the property as well as the timeline for the entire process. Knowing that I had left quite a collection of jewelry at the resort, I was very eager for a solution, but after talking to my Dad (a former law enforcement officer) – he assured me that everything Vista was doing was protocol and to be patient! Well to my delight, later that day I received an email with multiple pictures from Miguel stating that my jewelry had been found and turned in by housekeeping (thank you Cecilia Gomez for finding everything!)…EVERY SINGLE PIECE!! From there, Miguel worked with us to have everything packaged and sent back to us via UPS within a few days. As we all know, the entire situation above was my fault, and had we been at another property brand – I’m not sure my jewelry would have been turned in. But the service and communication that Miguel, Cecilia, and their team provided was an example of exemplary customer service and the level of service that Dreams puts into every experience! I can now say that from this one “post resort” experience, we will be loyal Dreams guests for life!!
