May 25, 2023Emi, Victor, Angel, Gissel, and Fernanda were amazing.
Our first time to Cancun and at Dreams Vista was amazing. Emi and victor made our nightly dining experience top notch. They were very accommodating, very personable, and fun. Gissel and Fernanda in the rooftop preferred area were very hospitable, very attentive. Angel at Himatsu made our dining experience fun and enjoyable. We felt welcomed and like family!

Birthday Celebration
We visited the Italian restaurant Portofino and Emi and our waiter Victor gave us a surprise birthday cake to celebrate my friends’ birthdays!!!!!! The service and food is OUTSTANDING and we highly recommend you visit it while you’re at the resort!!!!!!

May 23, 2023Nice Resort, but too much Solicitation
Booked Dreams Vista as a last-minute family getaway. We booked thru the website and Hyatt customer service who was amazing in finding us a well priced deal for 2 rooms. The Resort is beautiful, clean and very well maintained. The staff & restaurants were amazing. The Pool staff were very attentive & polite. The people who work here are very nice and professional. I will say this if you are a BEACH person, this is NOT the resort for you. The beach is almost nonexistent and extremely small and ugly. Check in was also a nightmare, The front desk staff are very dismissive and short to help or answer questions, every question I asked they said I will need to take it up with my travel agent, after I told them a million times, I had no travel agent I booked directly thru Dreams Vista (Hyatt). They also hand you over to the VIP staff who literally stalks you about time share & promotions and will not take no for an answer. They even called our rooms multiple times as we were trying to rest trying to get you to sign up for the time share promotion breakfast meetings. This is a beautiful well-kept family resort especially for younger children, but I probably will not be back based on the lack of help at check in, the beach & the constant solicitation.

Misleading Preferred Club Level
The resort is in a great location if you do not want the busy life of Hotel Zone. Food was pretty good, Hall Food was a hit on pool days. Ferry is close. The staff was friendly and very quick to any drink or food request.. The negative is, EXTREMELY misleading information. We were told preferred club level is floors 9 and up to 16. So we booked corner suite preferred club level as we were attending a wedding there. Well we got there and was given a 5th floor corner suite. On our balcony, had a swamp on one side and right on top of rooftop over pool. Reference photos. Room was great, but when I spoke with management they confirmed preferred club level is 9-16 floors. I asked why I was on the 5th floor. Then they stated all corner suites are preferred Club level. Hyatt/Dream Vista Golf Spa please be better.

Dixon and Emi
Emi recommended a great blue diamond pearl wine. This moscato wine was sweet and pearlescent. So pretty and delicious! The good thing is if we didn't finish they have an option to keep it in the cellar for us to finish later. I loved the service, you all ate great! hank you!
