Ultimate
I would definitely come back to this resort, but prefer to stay at the Secret's Resort. I really enjoyed my stay, but would like it to be a little upgraded with the food and more lighting. I was very afraid of the very large raccoons and to many mosquitoes.

Family vacation
Mostly friendly staff, clean hotel, check in was long and rooms not ready or available. Jesus was awesome at the party pool as well as Ricky. Food was pretty good. Some authentic Mexican cuisine would have been nice by the pool instead of burgers and hot dogs ever day. Variety would have been good. You should also state dress code for all restaurants on your website. Tank tops for men not being permitted in restaurants was ridiculous when women could wear half tops, sports bras etc. Didn’t make sense.

Short family trip
We are checking out and moving on after a fun two night stay at Dreams. The entrance to the hotel is very impressive with welcoming staff and an efficient check in/bag handling service. The food is varied and fresh, it can take a while to get seated, and we had to buy wine to sit outside at the Mexican restaurant in the evening. Long trousers are required at the French and Italian restaurants for dinner. The pool areas are kept clean and tidy and there is a fun atmosphere with volleyball, Zumba and other activities on offer. The servers at the pool kept both drinks and towels replenished. The beach and swim area were also well maintained. The building itself is a little tired, and could do with a lick of paint, but our rooms were comfortable and spacious and regularly checked by housekeeping.

Trip to Dreams in Tulum
Awesome trip!!! First time at an all-inclusive resort, and I didn’t know what to expect. This exceeded my expectations. Once I go to another all-inclusive resort to compare, I will Be able to a better review on a resort.
