Resort is beautiful and staff is very personable and helpful without being obsequious or smothering. Food is tasty and readily available, though not every restaurant is open daily in off-peak season. Drinks are on-point, though featured cocktails or a mixology program would be good adds. Rooms are well-appointed though could have more linens and fridge more-stocked. Upgrade for swim-out room and Premier status is worth it; it is nice to take a dip before bed and to have the lounge and concierge access. Some finishes are a little beat-up, but far from run-down.

Fantastic Holiday
Everything about the place was excellent , the food , the rooms and the staff went above and beyond anywhere we have ever been before. I can’t praise this place enough. The holiday experience was made all the better by the entertainment staff especially Erick who always welcomed us by name with a big smile and a wave. We genuinely hated leaving the place to come home.

The worst Customer service. Don't ever pay before getting to the hotel they would have give your room to someone else. And the wont refund your money. They are give giving $120 for both me and my friend and we both reserved separate rooms with ocean from so its $60 each.

Dream Entertainment Raul, Eric, Alex y Paola were so fun. They made every night an experience full of fun. They made sure everyone danced. The pool activities were genius including volley ball games and water aerobics and yoga. They entertainment made our stay much more pleasant.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The facilities were spotless, providing a comfortable experience. The beach was a true gem 💎, perfect for relaxation. Overall, a fantastic stay! 😊
