Food was delicious. So much variety. The restaurants were very family friendly. Staff were wonderful. Rooms and resort were clean and well maintained. The themed events, and activities were great fun. The beach is beautiful. Highly recommend this resort.

Tennis/Gym instructor Horacio
Horacio at the gym is a very kind knowledgeable gentleman. Always eager to help and get guests involved in activities. The gym is well equipped and clean, there is even an outdoor gym set essentially in the jungle which is quite unique. Highly recommend lessons!

AMAZING
I came to a birthday trip with my boyfriend. We had an excellent experience with Erick and Ricky in our stay. They were very friendly and outgoing helping us navigate our travels. Will highly recommend this place, will not disappoint at all!

Great customer service
Came to the resort with my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day and her birthday. Erick and Ricky were amazing!!!! The entire resort staff was very helpful and courteous. 10/10 would recommend. The entertainment by the pool was so fun, great staff! Cannot wait to come back.

Look for Victor & Leslie! The best team!
They have a Temascal ceremony on Tuesday! The shaman was amazing I cried and detoxed the whole hour! Victor, Eric and Leslie are amazing. They are so loving, caring and giving. They will make sure you get the best treatment on your trip. Including fresh coconuts. Ivan the general manager will make sure you are taken care of. From the entertainment to the food it was amazing! Tell them Mr. & Mrs. Cortez sent you! This was the best trip ever. Book NOW!!!
