An absolutely amazing trip and experience! Angel, Erick, Giselle, and all of the entertainment staff are so wonderful and make you feel welcome right away. The food, atmosphere, beach, drinks, and rooms are all incredible. Can't wait to come back!

Family Vacation
The staff here have been amazing! The entertainment team (Angel, Erick, and Giselle) were so welcoming and great at making everyone feel involved. Everyone at Dreams Tulum has made this a perfect vacation, I never want to leave. Gracias por todos. I can't wait to come back 💛

Perfect Family Trip
Angel, Erick, and Giselle are incredible on the entertainment team! They made our trip so memorable and let our family have so much fun! The food and servers are all so generous and attentive! And our room was beautiful. I couldn't recommend upgrading to preferred status more!

Great Easter Trip
Erick our Entertainment representative was the bomb. He was so exciting and friendly..He knew how to make us have fun. He always greets you with a smile and call you by name.. He made the trip exceptional.Lucy the photographer also was so friendly and fun. She captures me in the flying dress and other momens. These teams really are outstanding. .

Resort was tired. Old clunky furniture. Pool turned skin green. Restaurants are not marked and when asking staff you were told to check the app to which we had no access due to no roaming package. Was to have turn down service but only received on our last night of nine nights. Hounded by 90-minute presentation people and photographers. Main path from lobby to beach very long with no bench to provide rest. Buffet restaurant bit repetitive but staff were nice (the ones you could get attention of). For price paid very disappointed in our experience.
