Eric is the best. He definitely engages with the people. He keeps everyone entertained and keeps up the energy. He takes care of the people and keeps us entertained. He is a great asset to Dreams Tulum Resort. I will definitely be back to visit just to see Eric the entertainer.

Erick was amazing and he was so fun and made my trip super fun. I really appreciated his entertainment and I very much recommend this resort just because of Erick. Mexico was amazing and there is a lot of stuff to do around here. A lot of pool activities and the entertainment is always active. I very much recommend this resort you guys should definitely try it out.

The Tulum was an excellent experience.
Our stay was excellent but unfortunately the sargasso was terrible. Ingrid from the entertainment team was very attentive & friendly and of course entertaining. Thumbs up for her, she made our stay a memorable one and we will be back again.

We had such a wonderful time staying at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home with their warm and friendly service. The food was absolutely delicious—every meal exceeded our expectations. A special shoutout to Gisselle from the entertainment team, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. She brought so much energy and made every activity fun and engaging. The atmosphere throughout the property was inviting, and everything was clean and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed every part of our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great food, and outstanding hospitality!

Great place to have fun and unwind!
Dreams is a beautiful resort with wonderful staff! Everybody was super friendly and worked to accommodate our every need. ZERO complaints about the food. The rooms were nice-but with views and activities like Dreams provided, we were rarely in our room other than to shower and sleep!!!
