The resort was a wonderful experience. Everyone there is friendly, helpful, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the resort, activities, and attractions. The pool was very relaxing and provided several activities through the day for different groups of people. The beach was full of rotten seaweed since the resort was not removing it daily. Someone mentioned to me that at some point the resort was paying for the removal of the seaweed. It had been about 2-4 weeks that those people had stopped. The smell was horrendous. As soon as I exited the door of my room, I would catch a sniff of the awful smell. The smell around the pool varied depending on the airflow coming from the beach. Do not swim with your rings bracelets or any type of jewelry , mine turned black on the second day. I never remove my jewelry when I swim. Remove it if you go to any resort in Mexico. Pillows are actually the hardest I’ve ever slept on. I was relieved to be back into my own bed. These are just the few things that I found unpleasant. We really enjoyed our time there. It is very worth your money and time. If I had the opportunity to go back I would definitely go back.

We booked this as a special occasion trip but we were very let down. We had booked a tropical view suite but couldn’t sit in balcony as overgrown with trees. Unable to go into the sea as seaweed is piled up and rotting and stinks to high heaven. We tried to upgrade to a sea view suite but the smell from the beach was so bad !! The rooms are shabby for an alleged 4/5 star We had to have maintenance every day just about. Door handles falling off. Safe stopped working , lights not working. Benefits were the mostly great staff who go above and beyond.entertainment on evenings pretty poor Food plentiful

Wonderful vacation!
Eleuterio at Bordeaux was amazing. The food is absolutely delicious. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic trip at Sapphire
my family and i had the best time! the staff were super welcoming and made the resort such a great environment. extra shoutout to Mar, Rosendo, and Natividad for being especially kind during our family vacation! we will remember you all and wish you nothing but the best!

Hello , I would like to start my review with positive feedback about the staff (all very helpful and kind), and about the sea and the beach really disappointed because the seaweed on the beach was too much . When we arrive at the resort the smell coming from the beach was awful. In my opinion the resort has to involve more by cleaning the beach. Beeing there i had a walk on the beach and not all the resorts was like ours others was making efforts to clean them so people have a chance to take a bath in the sea . REALLY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED after 10 hours flight to have a bath in the pool , I could do that in my plastic poll back home in my garden
