Beds and pillows are great! Our room on the ocean side inside room facing tropical view smelled musty. Room service was great! Stocked frig with whatever you asked. Down side if preferred they said you get a $200 voucher to use at resort that’s a lie. They give you a coupon book to use on full service items. Spa special was cheaper than full price with coupon. Waste, don’t upgrade your package get to the preferred status not worth the $.

The Resort is beautiful, the service was great, and the food was exceptional. The staff treated you like family. They always had smiles and they loved their jobs They made you feel right at home and would do anything to make sure your vacation was a good one. The wildlife was great, I saw Coatis and they were beautiful and endangered. It was nice to see some of the wildlife walking around so freely. I loved this trip

Blue Water Grill was Great!!!!
Blue water grill was perfect!! Ruben aka Rudy was awesome!!! I highly recommend talking with him or Antonio if possible. They were both great and I had the best experience ever. This was the best part of my trip by far due to the great service and overall experience

Antonio is awesome
The resort was great over all but what I liked the most was the food especially at blue grill water grill I had Antonio all the times coming and it was just amazing he is so nice and knows perfectly how to serve each customer it was my favorite to eat at much love

Do not hesitate to book this resort!
My travel agent said that this resort had the BEST pool crew...and THIS RESORT HAD THE BEST POOL CREW...Tony and "My love" in particular! My son took advantage of all the scheduled actiities each day and we had a wonderful trip off property to the xenotes. The bike ride to Puerto Morales was so nice and showed us somewhere outside of the resort. The food was better than most resorts I have been to and my son said he had the best ribs EVER! I would like to try other resorts but hard to not go back to this one!
