Nice resort
Overall, very clean and the wait staff was very good. Resort was in need of some small repairs but still nice. My only complaint was I booked with the understanding that I would receive premium spirits, beer and wine and didn't even though I showed in my package where it said I would.

Kind staff, kid friendly, safe, good food
Stayed 10/6-10/11 and had a great experience Have to shoutout my 2 fav bartenders Aurelio for always knowing my drink order and giving me ideas of new ones to try and Louis for being kind and checking when we needed anything. Louis also saw my 3 y/o son melting because he wanted a fancy small drink (shot that he saw a different couple have) and he made him a little tajin rimmed mango drink in a shot glass. Bringing the 3 y/o was a little scary but we tried out the explorers club and HE LOVED IT. The staff was so kind and informative, and loved that we had the restaurant beepers to inform us when he wanted to leave. At the first sign of him missing me or feeling uneasy they paged. I was concerned he would be melting down when I got there, but he was happy as a clam, just said he missed me! He wanted to go back a few times and they made cute crafts, built sandcastles on the beach and even dove for gold coins in the shallow kiddy pool! Would def recommend bringing family and children here … very accommodating and would come back Food was great too! Final note: we went when a hurricane was forming and once it formed from a TS to Hurricane Milton they prep began. Safety was a number one priority and through the prep of hurricane milton the Staff did a great job of informing when they could and securing the resort without scaring us. They stayed calm which kept everyone at ease

Beautiful beach if that is all you want!
The drinks were all watered down, the minibars in rooms are blah-stocked only with sugary sodas and tiny beers, I had no hot water the whole trip, the spa was incredibly overpriced with nothing included in the stay. Couldn't even use it as a massage was almost $200!

Amazing
The staff was very friendly, always attentive to your needs. Would do this resort again. My daughter who is 5 years old was a fan of the explorer club. Felt very safe leaving here there for the afternoon, while my husband and I had some time to ourselves.

40th Anniversary trip
Very clean room!! No musty or mildew odor anywhere on site. Staff was top notch! Close to the Cancun nightlife if you would care to partake. Nice coffee bar that serves great Espresso and Ice Cream treats! We noticed a kids area that kept the littles entertained too!
