Wonderful trip once again
We have stayed at Dreams Riviera several years ago and were excited to return. Once again we loved our stay. The staff were great, the beach was amazing. The two employees that worked the beach everyday and cleaned the seaweed were amazing and should get extra for their hard work. We stayed preferred and we definitely enjoyed the little upgrades. The evening live music in the main lobby were great. Food was amazing and it seemed very "covid clean" I do think that several more employees around the barefoot grill would be benifical to help out to make things runs quicker and be a little more helpful with guests. Overall every employee worked hard and I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone.
Wow this have been the best experience ever, is my first time coming to this resort. Rooms, Pool, Beach, Customer service everything is on point. Amir and Tonali at the Hitmisu restaurant are really great! VIVA MEXICO 🇲🇽
Best Customer Service We Have Experienced at a Resort - HANDS DOWN!
We just returned from an amazing vacation in Cancun - and the staff at Dream Riviera made it possible. The COVID practices were consistent and made our family feel very safe. The staff was AMAXING - specifically Gigi, Fannie and Alex (the amazing entertainment team), Luis and Santiago (at the Preferred bar) and Ernesto, Victor and Israel (who all made our day time pool experience outstanding). The food exceeded our expectations - the staff genuinely cared about our family having an amazing time and the the weather did not disappoint. I would recommend the preferred upgrade to give you access to reserving the cabanas - both beachside and poolside, as well as the access to the lounge. Every day we found ourselves wandering in for a snack - worth the $$. We cant wait to come back home! Thank you Dreams Riviera Cancun!
Best Wedding of 2020
We had our wedding at Dreams Riviera Maya and what makes this resort from others we’ve been to is the service. Absolutely, the resort is beautiful and has amazing amenities (do NOT miss out on the Spa), but every single one of their staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. We can’t thank all of the servers, bartenders (Margarito, Jesus, Humberto, Clever, etc), and our Wedding Coordinator (Marissa) enough for how well they treated us. We literally can’t wait to go back next year for our anniversary. I’d say the only thing that could use improvement was the food. Most days it was amazing (steaks, seafood, breakfast) but a few times it was just okay. When it’s all inclusive though, I guess you can’t complain. Don’t snooze on the ice cream place they have next to the photography office.
I had such a great stay at this resort. I wasn't sure what to expect traveling during COVID but Dante the hotel manager and his upbeat staff went above and beyond to deliver a better than expected experience. Victor was an absolute mind reader and more than attentive to my needs while relaxing at the pool. For breakfast Gabriella and Moses were both so personable. They remebered all of our preferences and made us feel like we were a part of the family. Everyone was positive and and a joy to be around. I particularly enjoyed the hibachi show and food at Humitsu. I think it was Jacil (I'm sorry I didn't have my glasses). The resort was constantly being cleaned and following mask and distancing guidelines. This is the first time on a vacation I didn't want to leave. Thank you for such a great time on much needed break!
