First timers!!!!
So much fun with all of the servers and entertainment staff!!! Ricardo and Javier were always refilling our drinks every trip by our seats. Mirasol, Ross, Juan and Ernesto always kept us laughing and included in all the games plus took the time to get to know our group of 6. We had a blast with all of these workers and will definitely be back! Freddy is a rockstar!!! I’ve never seen a more hard worker than this guy, always making sure we have what we need and our chairs are ready to go! That man never stops!! Great crew of workers!!!

Destination Wedding Stay
We had a wonderful stay at Dreams Riviera as part of a destination wedding for a family member. The staff did a great job for the wedding logistics. The resort was clean and well maintained and the staff members were very hospitable. Various daily activities and evening entertainment options were enjoyable. If you don't like hard beds, this may be an issue for you. Food quality varied from mediocre to very good depending on the restaurant. Unfortunately, our party agreed that the food at World Cafe was the least favorite and of mediocre quality. All in all, a good experience!

Enjoyed the entire environment.
The service was excellent in every aspect. There were 3 individuals who took care of us especially well. We were a big group of 56 attending a wedding. Alberto, Victor, and Freddie were so helpful in allowing our groups to stay together near the pool area and the service for beverage and food from Victor was excellent. Can't say enough good things about these individuals.

Good staff but watch out for room renovation construction!
We stayed for one week back in April. The resort is clean, well kept, and the staff is phenomenal. Fernando at the spa and Salvador on the entertainment team went above and beyond with everything; every day we saw them they greeted us by name and were always friendly and smiling. The food was typical of the Dreams resorts: tasty and accessible. Lots of free activities and entertainment to keep all ages having fun. The spa was a bit pricey but the hydrotherapy was a great experience prior to the massage. The ok: this resort is very wedding focused and at times you may be moved around from the beach and pool to accommodate ceremonies. This usually happens mid-late afternoon so be prepared. The bad: on our second day at the resort, we experienced construction noise in the suite above from 7 am-11 pm. It wasn't until we complained twice that the resort offered to move us. If construction is ongoing, ideally the resort shouldn't book the suite below. The rooms we stayed at also did not have much space to store your clothes. No dresser and a couple of shelves in the closet resulted in my husband and I using the couch and chairs to keep our clothes. Also, the French restaurant is one restaurant that could be skipped (and this sentiment was shared by other groups we met). Overall our time at the resort was great, but we'd probably go to another resort the next time we vacation in Mexico!
