Jun 06, 2025Cancun great! Resort okay.
Cancun was wonderful. The resort was okay. Ricardo and Victor the staff working the Cabana area at the infinity pool deserve raises. They were amazing and made our two pool days awesome. Awesome guys! Now for the not so great. Food was terrible and the resort is way too loud at night. Why? Because they book to many weddings. Multiple weddings a day means multiple DJs going until 11 pm. It’s just too much. It would be better to book 1-2/day and keep them contained to the beach area. I would not stay here again due to the noise at night.

So fun and staff was amazing. Rooms were excellent and very clean. Food was different but delicious! Entertainment staff was so fun, especially Antonio!! Only thing is i wish the ocean was cleaner. Not the resorts fault at all just would have been nice to swim in the ocean.

Antonio in entertainment was fabulous! The spa was wonderful and the Japanese restaurant was excellent! Pools are great and service is quick for food and drinks. If you’re looking for a great spot with kids this is it! Our only complaint was the food in the Italian restaurant was disappointing

Dream Getaway in Cancun!
We recently stayed at this resort in Cancun for a friend’s wedding, and everything from start to finish was lovely. The grounds were stunning, the food and drinks exceeded expectations. (Definitely try the French restaurant, and Hibachi!) One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service, especially from Gilberto, who took care of us like we were family. He was incredibly attentive, warm, and always one step ahead with a smile on his face. Whether we were lounging by the pool or enjoying dinner, Gilberto made sure we never needed a thing. He truly elevated our experience. The wedding itself was magical—beautifully organized, with a breathtaking backdrop of the ocean and every detail perfectly executed. It was clear the resort’s event team knew exactly what they were doing. If you’re thinking of a destination wedding or just need a relaxing escape with top-notch service, this place is everything you’re looking for. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The seaweed is terrible right now and we know that is not the resorts fault but we would have liked to have been informed on arrival or ahead of time. Some staff were rude about tipping. The kid area you have to check them in and leave them you cannot take them in there to play at your leisure. We has a 3 year old and that was not something we were going to do. This is probably a 3 star resort not a 4. The food was average and the drinks watered down. The room was clean so we were thankful for that. We will not be going back to this one.
