Absolutely beautiful resort and the specialty restaurants and top level food was incredible! So fun for every family member!

If you dont like to see dolphins not being cared for, dont go. The stay was good besides that, simular to a cruise with constant music and pool games. Did not participate but my room overlooked the pool.

Overall nice vacation but not sure I would return
The grounds are beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was very good. I didn’t enjoy the loud music outside my room most nights I was there. I felt more like I was at a nightclub than a family friendly resort. I didn’t appreciate being turned away for breakfast for having pants and a bathing suit top on that was essentially a tank top while women were allowed in the restaurant wearing bikini things with only a see through fish net cover up on. I understand a dress code for the restaurants but it should be consistent.

Can’t wait to return!
From start to finish this vacation was absolutely amazing. This was a family vacation for myself, my husband, and three daughters (age 9,6,4). My husband and I have been to Mexico before, but it was the first time we went with our daughters. We have stayed at Valentine, Excellance Playa Mujeres, and Finest Playa Mujeres. This resort was our favorite. I truly can not wait to go back. The service was great, the food quality was good, my girls loved the activities, and the shows at night kept all of us interested. The workers worked so hard from sun up to sun down from setting up outdoor parties and shows, to making sure the grounds were beautiful. Their hard-work was definitely noticed and appreciated. I have to point out the entertainment staff at the resort. They were so welcoming and made it so much fun (especially for my daughters). Mimo, Carlos, Felix, and Richie were outstanding!!! They went out of their way to really make this vacation special for the kids. Just remembering the girls names and saying hello around the resort, made the girls feel great. Since we have left the girls bring up their names asking when they can go back and see their friends. Hearing them tell family and friends about the resort and saying they miss their friends Mimo, Carlos, Felix, and Richie is the sweetest! So I wanted to give a special should out to them! Again I give this resort a five star and will definitely be back!

Welcoming, family friendly, best place to have a wedding or even vacation with family and friends
I just had my wedding three weeks ago and I am still coming down from a high! My wedding was absolutely perfect!! I had Paloma for my wedding coordinator and she made the whole process so smooth. She’s literally the best! You can’t go wrong when booking this resort. My kids, family and friends all had the best time! Juan the bellman from arrival to departure was so helpful and sweet. This resort has it all. I will definitely be coming back.
