We loved this resort. Everyone on staff was so friendly and helpful. The pools and landscaping were beautiful and the food / drinks were as expected with some menu items being excellent and some being okay. Nothing was bad. Rooms were clean and AC worked well. Such a lovely resort.

Rooms were pretty lacking and there was no hot water in the ocean view unit suites. As preferred guests, they didn't do anything to make it better which was very disappointing. Raul was very helpful in getting decorated pineapple drinks. Diego at gaucho took care of us all night. And the older omelette guy (forgot his name) at the buffet always had a smile and was very helpful every morning. I'm not sure if I'd come again but if i did, I'd probably book a preferred suite. Though I'm not sure if theyd solve the hot water issue any faster. It took almost 2 days to reconcile.

Family Vaca (Go Felix!)
Felix was the most fun. Lots of good energy, always took care of us. Drinks were strong and fair. food was good and had many options to choose from. Lots of rotating specials so even if you went to the same place, you could get something new. Staff were incredibly nice. Our mini fridge didn’t get restocked, but calling the front desk and they were very accommodating and let us choose what was in our fridge from then on

Incredible Resort!!
We had the best time at Dreams Playa Mujeres resort!! The resort was fantastic with live music, shows, and activities at the pool every day. The Entertainment Crew were so incredible—personable, fun and high energy. BRYAN was a favorite, and became more like a friend than a staff member to us by the end of the week. Actually, all the staff at the resort were incredibly warm, gracious, and willing to take care of any needs that you have. There was always something to do at this resort—yoga, pool Zumba, games, sand volleyball, and top notch shows. Or, for something more relaxing—lounging by the pool with yummy cocktails, or walking on the white sandy beach and wading out in 80 degree water. I had an expert deep tissue massage from Elizabeth at the Spa. The food was delicious—made to order omelettes at the buffet, lunch at Maris (at the outdoor patio to hear live music from the main pool), lattes and ice cream at Dolce, were staples. We went to a different restaurant every night for dinner, and they were all delicious. Every menu has a fish, meat, chicken, or vegetarian option, so there’s something for everyone. They are reasonably sized plates so you get to try a lot of different things. The weddings at the resort made for a lively, celebratory vibe in the evenings. They also had a marketplace a couple of nights where you could buy hand painted bowls, clothes, and other trinkets as souvenirs from the trip. You really never had to leave the resort for anything! Be sure to download the resort app to view all the activities for the day, order room service, make reservations for dinner, etc. This vacation was truly an amazing experience! We are already planning our next trip back!!

Best resort and staff!
Best vacation ever!! The staff is amazing, so helpful and lots of fun! Memo, Felix, Carlos, Tony and Sebastian were awesome!! The bellman and housekeeping stayed on top of things and the facilities were superb! Highly recommend! Entertainment was top tier!
