May 21, 2025Great week at Dreams Natura Cancun
A great experience as we visited during a destination wedding. Every day was filled with sun and swimming. We enjoyed a catamaran ride into the Gulf and learning about local culture. A highlight was the service at the World Cafe. Every morning, Luis Gabriel and Santiago Montejo provided prompt, accurate, and courteous service while we dined. It made our visit even more enjoyable.

May 21, 2025trapped / not allowed to leave the hotel
Horrible experience that almost made us missed our flight.We ordered a taxi online and they did not allow us to leave. 25 min pass , waiting for hotel to let us leave. I go to talk to the managers ( Francisco, and Pablo) Pablo completluy ignored me seeing me so agravates he pretened being on phone on hold...and Franciscos response is " if you want to leave this hotel you can leave walking unless you take the taxi we want" stay away.... disrespectful, poor judgement, and definetly not turist centered business operation.. another think i did not appreciatel hotel allows wild animals in their garbage cans.. racoons seen multiple times

Best wedding ever!!
Had my wedding here in May of 2025, everything was perfect!! Alma and Sam event coordinators were amazing and made sure each day was full of fun events! Definitely recommend! Everything was beautiful and the wedding was perfect, book your wedding here!

If you have kids it’s lovely place to visit as the explores club ladies were fantastic can leave kids there with no hesitation they have many activities to cater for the kids hotel has lovely location and facilities are very nice too with roller glider and aqua park

Dreams Natura Ceviche Making class
Loved the Chefs Emmanuel ceviche making class, he made it fun and provided us with info on recipes and walked around the tables asking if we needed any help, him and all the team are awesome! If you’re ever in the resorts it gives you something to do and you get to meet other people too!
