    Great vacation , ready to come back

    Amazing time at the resort , all possible by chef Norma, Claudia, Silvana, Gustavo, Miriam , Lloselyn, Alfredo, Gabriela, Lizeth at the lobby and Javier the server. They went above and beyond to make sure that our meals and drinks were unforgettable. Damian at the preferred pool was awesome! Always with the best yes, sure can do attitude! Cristian is the best server at the preferred pool, always ready ! . We Felt like home. The staff is friendly and polite. Look forward to come back ..

    Destination wedding 🫶🏾

    We had an absolutely amazing time celebrating my bonus son Daniel's wedding to Domoah. The staff was wonderful, very friendly & accommodating. I would definitely recommend & can't wait to make a return trip!

    Honest Review of Our Stay at Dreams Natura Resort & Spa

    We enjoyed many aspects of our stay at Dreams Natura — the resort grounds are beautiful, the staff are generally friendly, and there’s a nice variety of food and drink options. However, a few things took away from the experience. Our room sheets were dirty upon arrival, and housekeeping didn’t consistently provide turn-down service. One of the elevators was often out of service, which caused delays, and it was frustrating trying to secure a spot by the pool as many guests saved chairs early in the day. Overall, a decent stay, but some improvements are needed for a truly 5-star experience.

    Great family vacation spot!

    Our family just spent 4 days at Dreams Natura and had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the food, drinks, amenities, entertainment, and staff. Our favorites: - Loved the sushi and hibachi at the Asian restaurant. Jorge was a gem and took excellent care of us. - The Italian restaurant was so good we went twice so my teenager could get the Chicken fettuccine again. - Roger at the French restaurant was hands-down the most attentive and lovely waiter. The food had us swooning. Tips: - Bring rafts from home. It can be difficult to snag one for the lazy river. - Bring an insulated tumbler from home for poolside drinks. (And a reusable straw!) The staff will happily use your cup and it’ll stay colder. - The sargassum (seaweed) is really bad this year. If you want to swim in the ocean, walk next door and use their beach. They have a net to help mitigate the issue. You can also pay $3/person for a ferry to an area that’s swimmable. - Go to the Silent Party in the lobby. They have one every few days. Each person gets a headset and can dance to music on a couple different stations. So much fun!

    Tequila tasting

    Tequila tasting was an enjoyable experience. Jesus delivered the class with plenty of experience. All three tequilas were great and we enjoyed the games at the end. The appetisers were paired well and we enjoyed our 45 minutes with you. Thank you Alex, Jesus and Gilberto!
