From chick in to check out, service is wonderful, the food is marvelous, and the amenities -pools, restaurants, entertainment, and activities were marvelous. The beach is beautiful, although I am not an ocean water person, it was very nice. The waves were strong a couple days so if you like surfing you would love it. We loved Dreams Macao!

Most of the staff worked their socks off and were really friendly especially the staff on the beach. Beach was fabulous and they now have security on there to move the beach sellers on. Hotel was only a third full so ideal time if you don’t want crowds and fantastic weather 33 every day and no rain (12th-19th sept) We did not upgrade but still used the privilege facilities apart from the ocean for breakfast. Only complaint a lot of the food was cold and they take your cases when checking in and we waited ages to get them well over an hour not good when you want to get a shower and change, other than that was a lovely quiet peaceful holiday.

Dreams Macao beach was one the best all inclusive resorts we’ve stayed at. We stayed in a preferred room, had a butler named Luis, he was amazing. Anything we needed from an iron to getting to go food from one of the restaurants he made sure we had it. The restaurants are delicious even the pop up ones that happen on the grass outside. All the staff are attentive and care that you’re having the best time. Our favorite was the entertainment team, victor so crazy we love him. We are sad to go home. We will be coming to the resort again :)

The room wasn’t ready on arrival which was quite frustrating after a long time travelling and it being 5/6pm. The room was lovely, aircon did work for those worried it didn’t (non privilege) Hyatt have a great app showing what’s on, map of the site, any maintenance/amenities needed which was great! I would have rated the hotel higher but unfortunately my partner got food poisoning from the KFC style chicken on the world Buffett. I also turned down two mains in the Asian restaurant due to them being cold and concerned about being ill (fish/chicken) it was such a shame because the food choices were great up to all inclusive hotels we have been to before. Food truck by the lazy river was cool again a shame the chicken was cold. I highly recommend the lasagna at the Italian restaurant if you love a lasagna. 24hr coco cafe was a hit, great little spot for tea/coffee/cakes and icecream. They also offered sandwiches but we didn’t have any. Staff across the resort were so friendly especially Yolanda by the pool she was great always come round with a smile. Strawberry daiquiris were so refreshing by the pool. The pools/beach were lovely, the sea was quite choppy most days but I managed getting in. Hotel entertainment were great especially the theatre shows and fire show on the beach there was something for everyone! Resort offer a free trip to the BlueMall that was great to just get out of the resort, we felt we needed to after a week of being inside (didn’t fancy doing excursions and wanted to chill) Beautiful place! Just be mindful of what you’re eating and you will be fine.

Beautiful resort. Food was fabulous, it was clean, and the staff was great. We had the pleasure of watching a rock show in the evening and it was the best one we have ever seen at a resort. The disco was so much fun as well, they played whatever music we wanted and we danced the nights away!We will be returning!
