Jun 07, 2025Fantastic Resort!!
We had a fantastic time at Dream Macao Beach from start to finish. The resort itself is beautiful, with several pools and restaurants, nightly entertainment for adults and kids, and a fantastic beach. I don't know why some people in these reviews complain about the waves at the beach. Yes, there are waves. It's the ocean. We live on the east coast of the US, so we are used to Atlantic waves. Our kids love jumping them. It was no different here. We are a family of four, with kids 4 and 7 years old. There were quite a few families there with kids around that age, and so our kids had lots of others to play with. They loved the Kids Club, which does a great job of providing childcare and kids' entertainment. The Kids Club facility itself is beautiful and well-equipped with lots to do (small climbing wall, lots of arts and crafts supplies, movie theater, video games, snacks), and the little excursions they took the kids on throughout the resort were really fun for our kids. One day they went "snorkling" in a pool for prizes at the bottom of the pool, and another day they took the kids on a beach scavenger hunt. In the evening after dinner they had a kids' disco one night and a kids movie trivia another night. Our kids also loved the pools with the small waterslides and soakers - we ended every afternoon with them playing in these while my husband and I sipped cocktails with our feet in the pool watching them. Pretty great. Our older son also loved the bigger waterslides (our youngest was too small for these) and we all enjoyed the lazy river. The taco truck by the slides is also great for a light lunch or snack. I would 110% recommend upgrading to the Preferred Club Level for this resort. It really made our trip, and I don't think we would have had as good of an experience had we not done it. From the moment we checked in we were whisked away to the Preferred Club lounge, where we could relax and have a drink and light hors d'oeuvres while waiting for our room to be ready. The drinks at the Preferred Club bars are better than the drinks elsewhere (better liquors, more selection), so we made a habit of going to those bars to get our drinks. Our butler Moises was wonderful, and took care of anything we needed. While our kids were in Kids Club, we loved lounging by the adults-only Preferred Club pool, which was quiet and serene, as opposed to the main regular pool, which was a loud and crowded pool with a party vibe. The Adults Only Preferred Club pool has waiters with poolside service for food and drinks, along with cushioned double loungers. It was divine. We also spent some time in the Preferred Club beach area, which has its own bar and is set off with limited access so you can lounge on the beach without being hassled by the vendors that walk up and down the beach trying to sell you stuff. Finally, the Preferred Club Oceana restaurant hands down had the best food in the resort. After a couple of nights we started eating all of our meals there, because the food was just so much better than at the regular restaurants. If you're on the fence: it is totally worth the extra money for the Preferred Club Level. Our room was really nice. We got a King bed oceanview room, and had them bring in two rollaway beds for our kids. It worked really well. Our king bed was very comfortable, and the kids seemed to be fine with the rollaway beds. We had a balcony with a tub on it, which was really fun for the kids because at night they got to have their bath outside on the balcony. It was also handy for drying our bathing suits. If I had any very small complaints (very small), it was that the rain shower water pressure was like nonexistent, so I had to take showers using the handle attachment. Also, the electricity was really wonky in our room. One night we could not get the lights to turn off (prompting a call to facilities), and they could only solve it that evening by cutting the power to the lights in our room altogether, so the next morning we had no lights. They fixed it the next day so we could turn the lights on and off, but for the remainder of the trip there were little things related to the electricity that were weird - like one day none of the outlets but one in our room would work. Again, these are very small complaints. Overall, we had a great time and would 110% recommend this resort!

Amazing, Perfect and Incredible
Excelents installation, services is amazing, the animation guys out is incredible guys like kelmin in the animation, Latic waooo 🙌🏻, myker, erick, lorenzo etc!! To be honest the all the staff services is perfect!! I just loved and i am pretty sure i will coming again to this beautiful place!!

Vacation
My experience was amazing I’ve been traveling the world, but dream Macao punta Cana it’s the best, my family and I we were in the room 2314, they was so happy to be there and enjoy a good time, the lobby bar was amazing as well 10 of 10 also the Waitresses Anabel and Yaneisy great service they make everybody feel welcome, the vibes was there the happiness they put all together I’m really love it. I’m looking forward to having my next vacation for sure I’ll be there again and again thank you so much guys for everything and I wish you all the best keep it up and goes for more 5 🤩🤩 stars. ⭐️

Mostly a great time
The entertainment was so fun! I loved the activities and staff like Willian, Victor, and Kenny made it even more enjoyable! The best entertainment team by far! Service for dining was not the best and they ran out of liquor or supplies almost every night but the resort itself was super beautiful. Would recommend.

Fantastic holiday!
Fantastic clean enjoyable resort. All staff are 10/10 from maids to gardeners, bar staff and entertainers who work so hard all day in extreme heat! Diamond 10/10 victor 10/10 el teacher. Nalquin in the bar looked after us every day.. 10/10 guys thanks for making our holiday memorable. Definitely will be back.. soon x
