Excellent family vacation experience
This was an after Christmas family holiday with my two daughters, son-in-law and three grandsons. The staff at Dreams Los Cabo’s made our vacation one to remember from start to finish. Our rooms immaculate, the food at all restaurants was wonderful, service of all staff members above average. I was so impressed as I would walk through the hallways day or night not a staff member from cleaning staff to maintenance or management would pass you without a friendly greeting. As we were an all age group I was also very impressed that we all got the same welcomed feeling from you all at Dreams. I have been late sending in this review as once we got home and settled after the holidays this terrible Covid-19 pandemic has hit us all. I know your hotel is currently closed due to the pandemic but I wanted to extend my thoughts and prayers to all the wonderful staff and their families and hope you are all safe. I would like to mention several special people by name that helped make our trip so special, Mauricio and Daniel from Seaside, Luis from the pool staff and Juan at the World Cafe that started my Grandsons off with their first shooters (virgin of course). LOL! I could go on and on about all the restaurants and special moments we had. Please if you have the chance visit this resort and support the community that will need a lot of help getting back on their feet again. Thank-you so much for my families special memories, wishing you all health and happiness until we meet again.
I stayed at Dreams Los Cabos with 14 family members in mid March. The facility was very nice. The staff was always friendly. This was especially important since we were there at the beginning off the Covid-19 pandemic. During our departure process, which was a little stressful, one of the employees Cecilia (I hope I am spelling this correctly) went above and beyond to help us get our arrangements in order. I would recommend this resort to anyone.
Overall property and staff were amazing! We had some standouts that took the trip to the next level. World Cafe, private dinner overlooking the ocean was a meal to remember. Thank you to Martin Flores, Lucas Fernanda, and Chef Alexis Jostner. We would love to return soon!
Very good resort. Very friendly very good food and entertainment and very good location Also we received very good service from Oscar and Juan from the ocean bar with swings we also like the soccer pool table All bars very friendly Nice buffet restaurant
A fabulous and fun resort with spectacular views, people, and activities.
“Dreams” is a stunning resort with a large professional staff that strives to consistently provide outstanding personalized service – with tons of energy, warmth, patience, and gorgeous smiles. This resort is conducive to relaxing and making new friends, including visitors from all over (mostly cold weather locations for some strange reason.) We could have relaxed all day at the quiet serenity pool, but we chose instead to enjoy the wide variety of daily activities and entertainment – from musicians to fire dancers, plus aqua aerobics, karaoke, poker, ping pong and more. All entertainment was great, but “the Tenors” show was an especially amazing, delightful and moving experience! The resort’s restaurants and bars are open long hours. Although we don’t disagree with some of the negative comments about the food (some of which was delivered lukewarm), we enjoyed PLENTY of great food and drink choices. Stand-out staff members include the amazing poolside staff who: 1) run to assist anyone attempting to move an umbrella or lounge chair; 2) run back & forth serving food & drinks a zillion times a day – our fave servers are the uber-attentive and caring Elsa Cortez, plus Many and Luis, the awesome “dancing machines;” and 3) the unforgettable entertainment staff at the party pool who really did entertain, engage, and encourage us to get up off our lounge chairs, especially Sabrina, Joyce, Carolina, Rolfi, and Julio, star of stage and screen. These folks are not only sweet, fun, and good-looking, they are excellent dancers, DJs, athletes, teachers (Spanish and water aerobics), and instant friends. At the World Café, server Miguel Collins and hostess Katia Villagran (with the winning smile!) made our mornings even brighter. Eduardo and Patricia “Patti” at the concierge desk, along with bellmen Indalecio, Mario and Victor, were especially cheerful, friendly and helpful. And Yesica kept our beautiful room and balcony sparkling clean. Other outstanding staff members: Galo Duran, a superbly gracious and professional server at Bordeaux, and Elizabeth and Alfonso at Portofino, who made us feel so welcome. ¡Muchas gracias, amigos!
