    This is a great resort even during Covid. It is very clean with an incredible staff. The food is excellent and it is all-inclusive. KARLA, OSCAR and ERICK were the highlights of our trip. They are very talented when it comes to customer service. They made our stay very special. They are beyond excellent!!!!!! This is a great place to stay. KATIA was out housekeeper and she was beyond a member of the family.

    This is the most amazing place to stay I've been going there for over 20 years. The restaurants the service the people or a five-star. Patricia from the timeshare it's so great choice make sure that I'm taking care of from all the people from outside the pool Elsa and the guys Jonathan up at the bar all the check in and check out especially Hector he's so awesome. I'm also taking care of throughout my trip from the security I always feel safe it's clean they do a better job there around they always take the extra steps. Flight down there on Alaska Airlines Non-Stop and back was great. I can't wait to return they're like my second family.

    Great experience

    Had a great time during our presentation with Karla Andreu from member services who did our tour. What a great time had a lot of laughs. Then we met Miguel Rossetti manager who was great and made it happen for us. I highly recommend to come here and see him or Karla if she is available see them and ask about becoming a member you will not regret it. I for sure didn’t. They move me to what I just purchase which was great. I felt like I made friends for life which means a lot for me. Thank you so much.

    If you dont drink water and expect room service might be OK

    This resort will stress you out when staying here. I was here for 4 days and in day 2 they say there was no water? All inclusive but room service takes 2 hours at least probably being nice with that time I am stating. Workers are clearly over worked and no sense of urgency when it comes to bringing food or seating. Also if you need an Iron make sure to ask for one there is none in the room.

    Sad face :(

    This was a last minute trip planned due to Cancun getting a hurricane. We love Cabo so we hoped the last minute change would be awesome. Also consider Mexico is finally loosening up on their COVID rules so things are pretty much open as normal. Workers wear masks everywhere but guests aren’t required. The resort is beautiful. The rooms were decent. Also beware- This location has no beach swim access, the waves are very dangerous but it’s still pretty to watch. Another positive was the spa experience. My husband’s and my 80 min deep tissue massage was fab. We had Betty and Haguie as our massage therapists- they both get 5 stars. A few of the bar tenders were really great as well. Jonathon at the Rondaveous Bar in the hotel foyer is the best! So here’s where the truth comes out.... We told them about 2 important events when we were here. My sons birthday and our anniversary. That was told to them during the reservation making and even written on our check in form. Nothing special done. Nada. :( The service overall was awful. Things take forever. Room service 2 hrs. Lunch 20-30 min wait for a table then food up to an hour. I saw people waiting for an hour to get a table for dinner. The staff is over worked and does not care at all. One lady told me she works 7 days a week so she can feed her family. They are miserable and it shows. The food is average at best. I prefer cruise food if that tells you anything. Our room service food was comparable to a Kibble and Bits dog food meal (no joke). Also they run out of bottled water EVERYday. Insane. One day we had no towels. One day we had 2 towels for a suite that sleeps 8. One day we had to ask them to clean our room. Also be prepared for a constant daily discussion asking you to partake in their membership program. (They are currently walking around the pool area trying to convince guests to attend their “20 min” breakfast.) They swear it’s not a time share demonstration but I am here for vacation- not to be haggled daily for anything. I said no every time and they still would ask over and over. And- Please go read the other reviews about the “vacation club” before you commit. They were very mad that we reserved our excursions from someone else and asked us to not use anyone else besides them the remainder of our trip for any other activities. I actually laughed at that. I felt like my mom was telling me what i could and couldn’t do. Sorry but I can book with anyone I want! Do not get the preferred status room here. There’s zero difference. The “private beach” is a tiny area with no other upgrades. The minibar in the room is not upgraded. No liquor in the room. Just beer, soda and water. Our minibar was never restocked either. We had to request it - and it still didn’t happen. Finally after the third request we got more waters and coffee, that was 3 days later. The only “upgrade” is a private area for check in with a private bar- all the same selections as the other bars. I felt ripped off on the “upgrade”. Also- this is a family resort. So if you have small kids that need to go to bed before 9:45- good luck. The bands (which are decent and one was really good) play outside till 9:45 and it’s VERY loud all over the resort, impossible to escape the sound. We enjoyed it but I can’t imagine having a toddler with the music blaring. So will we return here? No. Never. Will we return to any Dreams Resort? Probably no. Luckily my family was just happy to get the heck out of town so we made the best out of an expensive, not worth its cost resort.
