Great stay! Both the satff and the services were excellent. Th quality of the restaurants is extraordinary. Shoutout to Ms. Anett Ortiz and Mr. Julian Cardenas, whose actions made our stay incredible.

Fun in Puerto Morelos
The best experience we've had at a resort. The staff (if tipped well) will take care of you like royalty. Thank you Gilberto, Edder, Victor and Jose for being especially accommodating and welcoming. Gilberto from Cin Cin is AMAZING!!!!! He knows what you need before you ask. He keeps the drinks flowing and keeps you fed and happy!!!!!! WE LOVE GILBERTO! Gracias GILBERTO!!!!!

Dreams Jade (Excellent experience, even though there were a few quirks)
We went as a Preferred member, excellent pool and service was on point! Carlos our butler was amazing and made our trip quite memorable. The resort is super clean and you always see things being wiped down, swept and polished. My husband and adult children went to the spa- prices are crazy- but the vacation club meeting provided a coupon. They said it far exceeded their expectations- best ever spa experience, they gave it 6 out of 5 stars for a 3 hour experience! All the bars and servers were excellent- ALL- NO joke. We tipped for the first order every day. The restaurants were all open for dinner and many for lunch. We eat around 7, and they were mostly empty until 8 or 9 pm. Food was hit or miss. We really did enjoy the hibachi show at Spice- the chef was excellent and fun. They spend a lot in making it "fancy" and the quality of the actual food was not always great. But they have great pizza, should you encounter a meal you don't like. The 24 x 7 room service was awesome (but don't order enchiladas- they came with lots of chicken bones) but again the pizza was delicious. I have stayed at all-inclusive resorts before, but I must say the service at this one was FANTASTIC. The only other negative was the beach itself, lots of kelp or whatever and constant attempts at removal, it was smelly also. But the pools are perfection, so we did not even care. Another bonus- being in Puerta Morelos (between Cancun and Play del Carmen) was awesome. We could walk from the resort to the dolphin experience that we purchased from Amstar onsite- No cab ride needed to many excursions- parasail or boating. Onsite- there were activities all day- suitable for any age. At night there were cultural shows to local circus, to crafts.. Something for everyone. If you like to snack all day, they have a place open for that- soft pretzels, donuts, ice cream, smoothies- something for everybody. There is also a buffet place open "Carnival" for lunch and dinner- very nice and for breakfast they have stations for fresh made omelets- loved that! The BreakDown - Clean resort- many covered walkways- great housekeeping service - Butler service- great for figuring things out or getting special occasions made special. Shout out to CARLOS! -Lots of activities all over the campus (poolside games, crafts, shows, music, dancing) -Easy to book excursions on the resort -ALL THE STAFF WERE GREAT! Pleasant, and friendly and very helpful. Not one meanie in the bunch. The Hyatt vacation clubs seem a great option and the Dreams version are not the highest level but was still very impressive. (I would love to go to a higher level and compare the differences and compare food to see how it may differ). It is clear the management at this resort (Dreams Jade) really cares about giving their customers a great experience. Just remember, when you go to an all-inclusive, you should still tip for great service whether it restaurant, bar or spa. Of course, you don't have to be obliged but it is nice to recogonized those who have worked to help your time be the best it could be.

Hibachi experience with Miguel
Great experience with Chef Miguel! His hibachi skills are impressive, and the food was delicious. Friendly and entertaining service made our meal and trip unforgettable. Highly recommend!
