    Food awful/room dirty

    Food need to be in a higher expectation. Food is horrible. And Marco and Cesar need to stop pushing people to do your timeshare and let us enjoy our stay. Plus ocean entrance have rocks. We couldn’t enjoy ocean because of rocks and a lot of sea wee. Front desk take to long to process you in and check you out. Cleaning people need to do better job in keeping sheet cleaner. Sheet had blood stain.

    Lack of management guiding employees for service that we paid for.

    Poor customer service for the price we paid. Some lady in the Lobby Area wouldn't even look at the guests when questions were asked. Very poor communication during the tropical storm.

    Incredibly disappointing

    I was incredibly disappointed in the room and food. Everything in the room was damp (even sheets) throughout the stay. Nothing could dry. The food was less than desirable (although there were a couple good meals). The staff was friendly but didn't follow through on some issues we had with the room and I had to ask multiple times. Overall I expected more from a Hyatt property as I've stayed in others in Cancun and Riviera Maya and did not have this same experience.

    Great rooms close to the beach.

    Room are close to the beach with great beach service. The food was not so great, not much variety. It was the same food every day! The pool was small and loud most of the time. We spent most of the time in the swim out room and the beach. Hamock in the ocean was awesome! Overall good but will not be back, DO NOT take the member ship presentation, were told we would get a tour of all three resorts. We did not and it lasted well over 1.5 hours.

    Find Another Resort

    Horrible food, several times food was raw or buffet meat left warm for food illness, maintance/housekeeping requests go unanswered, zero night life, bartenders not allowed to give any shots per management. Find another resort.
