Dreams Cozumel Wedding Stay
For what you have to spend to stay at this resort, it was okay. The pools were great along with the bar service and a beautiful beachside spot, however, the food was absolutely atrocious. The buffet was barely edible and the only two restaurants we enjoyed over our 10 day stay were Bordeaux (in Secrets) and the pizzaria. Garni is a server in the pizzaria and made our experience incredible one evening. Otherwise, the food is horrendous with limited options, little flavor, and not friendly to kids. If you are staying here, I highly recommend walking to Secrets for food that is a bit better. We even had our wedding at Dreams and the food was equally bad and low quality. Other than the great options for pools, poolside service, and bars, Dreams is not exactly with what it costs.

Review for Secrets Aura Cozumel - Our Unforgettable Vacation & My 60th Birthday!
We had an amazing vacation celebrating my 60th birthday at Secrets Aura Cozumel! While we booked at Dreams, being Preferred allowed us to enjoy all three resorts—but Secrets quickly became our favorite thanks to the incredible staff. Bordeaux was our go-to for dinner—Luis, the sommelier, made every evening feel special. The entire team, including Diana, Angelica, Israel, and Alejandro, went above and beyond. Bartenders Rigoberto and Vicente kept the good vibes flowing, and Vicky and Miguel at the beach made sure we were always taken care of. Shout-out to Martha and Joy at the spa for helping us relax, and to the entertainment team—Heidi, Bruno, and especially Luz—whose energy and kindness made every moment fun. The staff here are what make Secrets Aura unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful place but can be quite loud
Dreams is a great resort, with great amenities. It is louder than its sister property, Sunscape, which is undergoing renovation. The room amenities are wonderful, the mini fridge is stocked, there are slippers/robe, the bathroom is large with essentially a wet room in it for the shower. Tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and pillows. There is also a hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, incense, safe, handheld clothing steamer, coffee maker, snacks, etc. The pool area, however, is loud and most rooms have some view/hearing distance to the pool. If you want quieter accommodations near the ocean these will be harder to come by at Dreams.

Great resort in paradise
We really love this resort, it was so good in 2024 that we decided to come back in 2025. This year as a Hyatt Globalist we got a complimentary upgrade to a swim out pool room. Samuel in the front desk was great with this upgrade, having the swim out pool was amazing for our kids. The food was good, but i remember it was better in 2024. The staff is great and always helpful. We are planning to come back again.

Another great experience!
Great resort. The swim out room is well worth the upcharge. Sugar reef bar- Enrique was excellent. Hiram - beach concierge was very helpful. Francisco, Julio, Adiel were part of the waiter staff and also excellent. Yajaira world cafe host was always accommodating. I also highly recommend Adrian Cozumel for any boating, fishing or snorkeling excursions..you can find on Facebook.
