Apr 22, 2025Beautiful and full of unsupervised kids
The resort was beautiful and well taken care of. The service and staff are excellent . I knew it was a family resort when I booked but I was very surprised at all of the UNSUPERVISED children. At one point, there were two boys, around 5 years old, running thru the buffet and sticking their fingers in all of the desserts. I also saw one drop food on the floor and pick it back up and put it back on the buffet. Trying to order drinks at the swim up bar was sometimes difficult, too. All of the seats were full with kids ordering strawberry daiquiris and pina coladas. The bartender was so busy with the kids, that adults couldn’t get drinks. I understand that the preferred pool used to be adults only. I wish this was still the case.

Great resort that caters to families with children. We were there over Easter and there were some realky fun events like an easter egg hunt of the kiddos! Wonderful event staff, killer coffee shop. I hope we are privileged enough to come back again soon!

Great service!
Margarita and Diana at the Coco Cafe were so friendly and helpful. They brightened my day every day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The coffee was delicious, too! Thank you for everything! I highly recommend the Dreams Aventura and the Coco Cafe there!

Beautiful
The resort was very beautiful and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. There were lots of activities going on through out the day and night. There were several options of places to eat and had a decent variety of options to choose from. I really wanted to go to the mexican restaurant but it was listed as being open Thursday and Fridays but when we went on Thursday evening,it seemed to be closed. The food was ok, not spectacular. the strawberry margaritas were great! I had an 80 minute tension massage which was great. Arrive 1 hour before to experience the sauna, steam room and cold water plunge pool and hot tube. Very enjoyable.

Dreams Puerto Aventuras
Small but if you don’t want to walk a mile to a restaurant and beach this is a great place. Safe to walk outside the hotel. We enjoyed Dreams P Aventuras a lot! Small but everything is at your fingertips. Love the open lobby Kids loved the pool in our room. Good breakfast buffet. Dinner was ok
