Great Service from Lila - Gust Ambassador

Lila did an amazing job explaining the details of the vacation package. She went above and beyond taking care of us here at the resort.

If you want to be an ATM for Halloween, come here and practice for the role.....

This place is a total clownshow, and I mean that in every sense of the term. We (thankfully) did not stay here but we spent 3 collective days at the site for a dance competition. Where to begin...... First, they corral you off through a series of gates if you are going to the "convention center" to make sure you pay for parking. OK, so be it. My beef is that the gates past the main gate are NOT NECESSARY, and, DID NOT WORK. If I pay to park the gates daggone well better work - we held up a line of traffic both days because our card didnt work. Next, the charging stations were shot - literally did not work. Really offputting for a convention center. Here is the most offputting part of all - the Convention Center, which was fairly nice, wasnt fully air conditioned. Yes, you read this right - hallways were hot, some rooms were as well. Main room - frosty. WTF.... Another blazing exhibit in the amateur hour production they attempt to call a convention center - NO WIFI IN THE CENTER. Yes, you read this correctly - NONE. ZERO. How in the h3ll do you call yourself a convention center when you have NO WIFI? Ridiculous! They also managed to coral you into the premises (in an attempt to have to eat at one of their many overpriced and unimpressive cafes) by making the entrance to the Center in the interior of a courtyard - ie - unless you stay there it is a pain to get into the Center. Again this is by design (poor design at that). If you want a drink at the bar in the check in center they tack on a gratuity - then ask you for another one. Just FYI for those who are thirsty. The hotel tower seemed OK but it is clear this was once an older property more like a Motel 6 that they roped off, built a tower beside and then the Center on the other side of it due to its proximity to Sea World (also a clown show, BTW, but I reviewed it 7 onths ago on here). Bottom line - this place is terrible, if you are looking for a place to stay and the Convention Center is any indication, keep right on looking past this place. Total amateur hour and very clear they will bang every buck out of anyone on site while providing the bare minimum (or even less) in return. Zero chance I would hold an event here much less attend anything here.....extremely unimpressive.

    Weekend Stay

Amazing hotel. Staff is super friendly and very helpful with the guests. Special thanks to Clarke for being detail oriented when it cane to answering all the questions we had regarding the property. Rooms were clean and very spacious. Room included a microwave and fridge which was very convenient. 5 minute drive from Seaworld. Found a new go to hotel!

    We had so much fun!

We stayed at this hotel for a dance competition near by. Everything at this hotel was perfect and we couldn't ask more. As the organizer of this trip, I was worried when reading all the bad reviews but everything was perfect. The site and rooms were clean, the pools were closing late. Some were staying in the tower and some in the villas. I think 2 members of the group had some issues with their room but they either changed room or the issue got repaired. I would definitely go back to this hotel.
