Dreadful, would not recommend.
We stayed here for a week at the beginning of July, for the money it was not worth it and wish I’d stayed at the Waldorf which is where we went the week after. Room tiny for a family of 5, room cleaned every 2 days and for the price we paid is ridiculous. Room never felt clean and the bathroom was so small for a family of 5 it was so hard for us all to use. Staff are ok, but everything has to be done on the Disney App now so instead of helping they tell you to look on that. Ale and compass breakfast average and not work the over $100 bill each time, some of the staff were lovely though. Pool was good that was the only positive. No Disney magic at the Beach House, we didn’t see any characters just an over priced gift store. Would not return, rooms dirty and small and the whole place is overpriced.

Experience going down.
I saved approximately $15,000 to stay here with 2 villas. The villas were a little dated and starting to show wear. But my complaint was no fresh towels until day 4 when I put every towel out in the hallway in a huge pile. I had called 4 times to get service. The other thing was the friendship boat that is advertised to take you from the park to the resort. Their was 3 of us and the young guy that came to the gate said we could walk because we were close to the resort and would not let us board. I am almost 70 years old and my feet were hurting from all the blisters and walking. My joints were sore like my knees. We walked back. He was to lazy to make multiple stops. Other than that the resort was sn awesome experience. We will never come back. We cannot afford it. But its great for people with $.

Not worth the price
Loved the location (so close to Epcot's World Showcase) and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly! The room was nice, but the toilet/shower room was tiny. We didn't like the fact there wasn't a quick service dining option-- just a market & restaurants requiring reservations. We were also not a fan that the buses also serviced Yacht Club. Had the worst bus experience we've ever had at Disney getting from Magic Kingdom back to Beach Club at night. We decided the extra cost wasn't worth it at this resort.

Love the Beach Club!
We love everything about the Beach Club! Our favorite amenities include the beautiful pools and the on-site dining is top notch! We always dine at Beaches & Cream during our stay. The kitchen sink is delicious and so much fun! On our last trip we met an employee at Cape May by the name of Larry. He saw that we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday and went out of his way to sing a beautiful rendition of Happy Birthday to her! It was so special and such a special memory! Larry is a true asset to the Beach Club and one of the many reasons we will be returning soon.

Dark and depressing room
room was painted brown with brown carpet - presumably to hide the dirt . our room was nothing like any of the pictures on here . tiny balcony which was hemmed in by trees. balcony is too small to sit and have a coffee on. the worst part was housekeeping is not every day !! for $900 a night ? you can stay in a premier inn and get housekeeping every day . pool was packed with no loungers by 10am . its a great location but this does not compensate for very poor accommodation wont stay again
