A Delightful Stay at Our Orlando Disney Resort

my friend and I had an amazing stay at a Disney resort that truly exceeded our expectations. The room was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after long days at the parks. The decor was charming and themed just right for a Disney resort—cute without being over the top. One of the highlights was the hot shower at the end of each day, which was a real blessing after hours of exploring and fun. Despite hearing comments online about potential noise issues, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet our stay was. The overall experience was fantastic, and we are very happy with our choice. We are planning to visit Orlando again soon and will definitely stay at this wonderful resort. Great service, a perfect location, and a peaceful atmosphere made our stay truly memorable. Thank you!

    Noisy and annoying.

Pros: semi-recent renovation, rooms are new-ish. Photos online are accurate. You stay on property so free parking at the parks. Good water pressure. AC doesn’t blast in your face. Cons: about everything else. The walls are PAPER THIN. You can literally hear every single thing that is said in the neighboring rooms or outside the door. It is a “motel” at the end of the day, through and through. Anytime our neighbors were talking at NORMAL VOLUME, we could hear the absolute entirety of their conversations. What helped? Cramming towels under the door space to the adjoining room and running a loud white noise app. What you can’t do anything about? The crazy pop music BLASTING at the pool ALL DAY with no stopping. You cannot drown it out. I think of your room faces the parking lot, you could avoid the bulk of this noise. My suggestion--request a room that faces the parking lot!! If you are trying to chill at all during the day, you basically can’t. Maybe if you don’t intend to spend anytime at all in your room except sleeping at night, maybe this won’t matter to you. We had an unplanned down time day and we were shocked at how disruptive this place is during the day. The music starts pretty early (pool opens early!), so no sleeping in either. It also closes at 11, so screaming and blasting music until late too. I don’t know any of this when booking and we got stuck. Hope this info helps someone else. Absolutely would not stay here again.

    Just what we needed

We had a fantastic 2+ week stay in a preferred room in January. We were in the Jazz in section on the ground floor. There was some noise in the early mornings as people headed off to the parks, but this was to be expected. The food court was good, quick and reliable. The buses were excellent. We did encounter a few waits, at park close or if we’d just missed a bus, but the interconnectivity of Disney property is fantastic, and it was fantastic not to have to worry about driving - just show up and get dropped off at your destination. Toward the end of our stay dance and cheerleading groups descended on the resort and made it all a lot less pleasant- buses, foodcourt, etc were all rammed. Thankfully the nighttime noise wasn’t too bad. I would not stay again during these competitions, although they seem near impossible to avoid. We visited almost all of the other Disney resorts on our trip and while they were pretty, we preferred All Star Music for the casual food options and easy accessibility of the rooms. The other resorts also get a lot of visitors not staying there (like ourselves) that made them, and their transport, very busy. We will definitely stay here again once we’ve saved enough for our next trip

    Did not earn all stars

I've stayed multiple times at All-Star Music and, each time, there's been some maintenance issue. On one visit, the curtains in my first floor room would not close, and, last time, the swinging latch on the door closed after I left, locking me out of the room. The funny thing about that last problem is that housekeeping discovered the issue, but maintenance refused to try to fix it because they thought that someone was in the room -- which meant that I didn't get housekeeping for the one day that I should have received it during my stay. Disney tends to put visiting musical groups (high school marching bands and choral groups, for example) in this resort, so there can be a lot of noise late at night, especially in and around the pools. It can also mean dealing with lots of teenagers on your buses to and from the parks. Groundskeeping is often out very early. If you aren't planning an early start to the day, this may be bothersome. I've always requested a quiet room, but never received one. Of the three All-Star resorts, this ranks a distant second in book, ahead of All-Star Sports (which is often overrun with cheerleaders, sports teams, and dumb jock dads).

First stay at a Disney World resort as a family

It was very clean and very comfortable for our stay very happy with it. Decor was so cute but not over the top for Disney resort and have a nice hot shower at the end of the evening was a blessing. And surprisingly from hearing all the comments online it was actually very quiet.
