Quick family vacation
Had an amazing three night stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and they had activities to do with the little time you had between going to the parks. The shuttle buses were easy and we never had to wait long. I would stay again!

FUN place to stay!
Fun resort with amazing themed hotels. There is a fun family pool and another pool that is better for swimming laps. There are laundry facilities on site, food court and free shuttles to all parks and Disney Springs. I will be back!

Excellent Stay
Firstly I would like to say thank you so much to the extremely hard working cast members you are all amazing. We had excellent customer service from the start the staff couldn't have helped more and they are credit to disney. I felt welcomed immediately. The room was a really good size just about right size and the beds were so comfortable. I didn't hear any noise from other rooms it wasn't a problem. I found the sheets and blankets too thin so I just asked for more it wasn't a problem. The fridge was great to keep our water cool and you got free hot and cold water from the quick service to fill our flasks. The food was reasonably priced for disney £12 for a pasta dish with chicken £17 for a whole pizza which fed a family of four. Refill mugs were £20 for use in hotel only but well worth it. We shared one cup between the two of us which was really good value. It was also handy that sanitary products were free in the rest room when you were caught by surprise. The pool area was clean and they played fun games for the kids with a good mix of music. There were showers and a changing area in the pool rest rooms if you needed to change on the last day before you left. There wasn't a gym if you liked working out but I worked about in the kids play area about 6am and it was so quiet until about 6.45am. The buses were quick only waited 5 minutes tops for the bus. The only issue I found was buses were shared between all 3 all stars resorts for blizzard beach and disney springs. Disney springs bus was packed and it was hard to get a seat. Apart from that it was great and the but drivers were so friendly. A really good value hotel although I found the cost of our holiday really expensive for 10 days at just over £6,000 but I guess that all depends on who you book with. I can say this is an excellent hotel with amazing customer service we had an amazing holiday I felt I was living in a dream world. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing time
Wow this hotel was fun. I loved seeing all of the different characters. Also the pool was great. I liked having a food court on property. They cleaned the room everyday. All the staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Would go back for sure.

Surprisingly good!
Okay, okay, I’ll admit it: I was hesitant to stay at the All Stars for the first time due to what I’ve “heard” about it over the years. For reference, on non-Disney trips, I’m typically a luxury hotel gal - but I’ve never seen the point in spending big bucks on deluxe resorts when our typical Disney vacation style involves rope dropping and staying until the parks close. I tend to stay at moderate properties but wanted to try something different. I’m glad we did! We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel and would stay again. First and foremost the theming is super cute, over the top, and fun. It IS Disney after all! We stayed in the Toy Story building and always smiled every time we walked past the big Woody and Buzz. Our room was very nicely renovated and we enjoyed the ample outlets, great lightning in the bathroom, and good drawer space. The room was also impeccably clean and the bath products are very nice. While the bed linens were thin the bed itself was fairly comfortable and the Disney artwork was so cute. The in-room coffee is great as is the mini fridge. The hotel had lots of activities for kids throughout the day and a huge, fun (!) themed pool. Can’t beat the amenities for the price! I was very concerned about potential noise at this hotel due to prior reviews. Yes the walls are definitely thin but other than hearing my neighbor’s toilet flush once and light talking on one occasion I never heard a peep, not even in the hallways. I was very pleasantly surprised at how quiet this hotel was and I am a light sleeper. I definitely would request a quiet room away from the pool and not facing the main pathway like ours. In addition I absolutely loved the cafeteria. I am not sure if I was just starving but the pasta with meatballs was delicious and well priced. The cafeteria had tons of affordable options (at least by Disney pricing standards) and good variety. It’s also open late. Access to this cafeteria, IMO, is a huge perk! The gift shop was also really well stocked and the cast members were very friendly. Finally, the transportation was great! We never waited more than 2 minutes for a bus. It was very efficient. Since we only visited Hollywood and Epcot, in retrospect it would have made much more sense for us to pay a little more to stay at another value resort, the Pop Century, in order to have skyliner access that connects to both parks (it hadn’t been built when I last went to Disney so I was really unfamiliar with it) but the buses were very efficient and still worked great. I would not hesitate to stay here again if the cost was significantly cheaper I like it was when we went, especially if you’re like us and never in your room!
