Fun and magical
Such a fun hotel! Our children are aged 12 and 9 and they absolutely loved it. Rooms are comfortable - very large comfy beds with a fridge that does keep cold despite what others have reviewed. We put our wet cooling towels in the fridge overnight which really helped. Pool towels available around the pool - you just help yourself which is very handy. Food available until late. The family sized pizzas were really tasty and made for a reasonable dinner. We added garlic bread too which was super cheap and it made for a really filling dinner. I’d recommend getting an Uber to Target to stock up on snacks, drinks and alcohol. They have lots of official Disney merchandise (so many ears!) at good prices too. Most Disney t-shirts there were about $10, a lot cheaper than the Disney shops. The atmosphere at the hotel is lovely and fun and the theming is fantastic. It was so lovely to be in the heart of Disney. The bus service is very good. We realised on the last day (14th day!) that the bus timings are available to view on the app. Worth checking before you leave your room as there could be a 20 minute wait if you’ve just missed the bus. We loved the clapping and dancing by the Disney staff at the door when leaving before 9am to go to the parks - such a happy atmosphere. The hotel is really close to the parks, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom are the closest - about 8/10 mins. MK is about 18 mins away. Staff in the hotel gift shop were super friendly. Alcohol was really expensive but I guess it discourages guests from having too much, which is good. The main Fantasia pool was fab, our kids loved it, and so good that it’s open till late so you could enjoy it after a long day in the parks. Food court offered a variety, good to see healthy options. Mickey waffles were amazing!! The food court is always noisy so we enjoyed taking breakfast back to the room. Mousekeeping service was good and they always left the room clean and tidy. Every other day is the rule here which could sometimes be a pain having to reuse towels (we were showering at least twice a day because of the heat) but it helps the environment to not keep replenishing towels. Our daughter was unfortunately ill on the last day and the hotel were really accommodating and helpful - thank you for helping us. We loved our magical stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

Mom and Daughter Stay 5 Stars
So we have not been to this hotel since my kids were real little my daughter and I decided to do a mother daughter trip she decided to pick this hotel she is 21. She felt like a kid again. Everything about this hotel was amazing. I did check in on my phone and asked under preferences to have my room done early, higher floor and in Toy Story. We got to the hotel earlier than expected. The lady at the front desk was so nice, we checked our bags in and we were told that when our room was ready they will bring our suitcases. We got the text that our room was ready when we were on the bus. When we got back bags were there. We also got 2nd floor in Toy Story. We never had a problem with the bus never once waited more than 10 minutes. Even leaving the parks. We were at Magic Kingdom on 4th of July. They had so many buses at night. We only had one quick service at the hotel and we did not have a chance to use the pool. The hotel was very clean. Our room got serviced when they said it would be serviced.

A Budget Friendly Resort
This hotel is meant for family's on a budget. It was bucket list location me for years. That finally happened over the weekend. The rooms are very clean and I was given a handicapped room even though I wasn’t handicapped. I wanted to share photos to assist any one that maybe. The bed is low to the ground and so I can be easily reached by a wheelchair the shower has a shower chair in it also the door had two deadbolts one on top and one lower so it is handicapped accessible. I arrived at night and the rooms lights were on for me. The tv was on and my name was on it. I was in the mighty ducks section of the hotel. The bed was super comfortable. You have access to all the All Star resort pools and food courts. The buses do come very quickly at park close. I would recommend that the food court make things to order like the deluxe resorts do. The food I felt was of a lesser quality as it was sitting under heat lamps. They serve breakfast until 11am daily. The only other Con is the walls are thin. They don’t have a refrigerator. They have a chiller all deluxe resorts have a refrigerator. I did enjoy my stay favorite pool Fantasia

“Minnie” Vacay
This was my first time staying in Disney property, I really did enjoy it. The check in process was pretty easy and the young lady, Naleyshka (sp) that checked us in was super nice. Our room was in the Love Bug section on the second floor. The room was nice, basic hotel room with one bed, can’t remember if it was full or queen and it had a Murphy Bed. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, the pillows were not bad. The room had a mini fridge and coffee maker. The negatives I found with this room was the shower, it had no pressure and the toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash were not the best. It did, however, have an iron, ironing board and blow dryer was available. There is also a laundry facility on property. Another thing, our name did not appear on the tv as I have been told it would. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Disney….you did not disappoint.
My partner and I stayed here for one night 10 years ago and thought it would be perfect for our 2 children aged 7 and 5. They were not disappointed. The room was fine for the 4 of us and the beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. The room temp was perfect and my kids both slept in every day for our 2 week stay (they don’t do this at home). The room was cleaned and when we needed an extra bed change the staff were at our room within the hour. The grounds are spotless and there was always cleaning crews around. The pools are great and we spent all our time at the mighty ducks pool as this was smaller and quiet. The bus service is first class and we never waited more than 10 mins. Also super easy to get an Uber when required. The food wasn’t great but we mostly just had the odd meal and used the app to pre order and collect. This can also be done in the parks and makes waiting easier when it’s really busy. The staff were so nice and always happy and had a smile for us, this is from gardeners to cleaners to front of house. I would also like to note the lifeguards who do an amazing job. While we were there one of them saved a little girls life. Hats off to them. This is a budget hotel and you can find places that are more grand but we did not go on this holiday for the hotel we went for the parks. But there are no issues with ASM. It’s clean, smells wonderful and the staff are great. If you just need a base to sleep and rest this is the place for you.
