Smoking Policy - All Disney owned and operated resort hotels are smoke-free environments. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor smoking locations only.
Guest Names Policy - Walt Disney World reservations must be booked with the correct guest names. A complete name change to the lead name is considered a cancellation and will require a new reservation.
Deposit Requirements - A major credit card and photo I.D. is required upon check-in to cover phone or incidental charges.
Convention Policy - Guests attending a convention at the hotel may not use this package for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be charged directly by the hotel.
Room Taxes - Room taxes are included in the vacation price.

Great place to lay your head at night
So this is one of the 'budget' resorts but if you are planning on spending all day at the parks don't let this put you off! We were out all day from about 8am to 9pm so the room was literally somewhere to sleep and shower, so that was it! There were 4 of us in the room, myself, my husband and two daughters 9 &11. Room wasn't massive but it was fine, beds were comfy, there was a little fridge which was very handy and a coffee machine. We only went to the Ducks pool but there was another Fantasia pool which seemed more busy. Housekeeping comes every other day. We tended to eat at the parks. Being completely honest the food at the food court isn't great, it's warm rather than hot, and the choices aren't particularly healthy, but no different than a similar sort of location in the UK. It's not gourmet 5 star food but that is not what you are paying for! We had the absolute best time and we would 100% recommend, if ever we went back I would happily stay there again.
We just got home and miss this place so much. I travelled with my 10 and 11 year old kids and the rooms were plenty big enough. Pools amazing and open till 11pm. Water warm and life guards very attentive to their job. Great food court and refillable drink cup is a must buy in our opinion. Bus service really good and efficient. Gift shop has a great choice of items. All staff very helpful and friendly. Love this hotel and would return tomorrow!
Hello , I’m staying at Disney All Star Movies Resort currently. I had no choose, but to write this complaint. After all the good experienced and hospitality me and my family was having. I had to stop all of the fun to write this compliant , because I couldn’t believe I experienced such rudeness and attitude at guest services. The front desk lady (Iselle) on 8/10/2023 approximately 12:15pm I was standing near by to ask a quick question once she was done with a guest, it took her a few minutes to deal with the next party so I decided to ask the quick question I wanted to know. Which was if I needed to modify my reservation could I do it at guest servies or could I do it at front desk. I wasn’t giving the opportunity to ask, because I was highly offended by asking iselle “ hi, I had a quick question I wanted to ask “ her reply was okay , and I’m going to give you a quick answer. After her reply and disposition I felt very uncomfortable to get quick help. I then asked to speak to her supervisor because I didn’t like how was being treated. She then called jayon over there and he did indeed assist me after I told him how I was being treated by Iselle. Never one did he addressed the concern that i was having. He brushed that off as if that wasn’t a big deal. I then called the Disney customer service of the complaint I was giving the email and I was told to get all parties that was involved in the complaint and include it in the email. More importantly, I went back to guest servies to write down the names. As I was doing so Iselle saw what I was doing and stop helping at guest that she was renting to say , “my name is Iselle” spelled it out completely and said whatever you need it for “ WOW! You could stop what you were doing to be smart toward me and my family in front of other customers to tell me that, but it a big deal to not want to help me, making the comment “ I’m going to give you a quick question. How convenient is that? What happened to having a magical day ? I guess after three days I won’t have a magical day. I was highly disturb by the comment Iselle made. All guest should be treated the same! Might I add I was the only black person standing aside that had a question and about 6 whites in her line so she didn’t want to help me unless she was being rude and disrespectful. This was our first experienced here staying at Disney property. I was please with representatives on the phone with the amenities and how it is best to stay on Disney property I said okay. I’ll stay ! But this is by far the worst experienced ever ! I could’ve stayed off property at the Gaylord where I plan to stay, but I said well let’s get the full Disney experienced since it’s so great ! But the rudeness absolutely not! It was humiliating to speak to me like that as if I have a problem. I stayed in Disneyland a few years ago not at Disney property and I was treated very well and at the Disney park. Im honestly disappointed in the hospitality! I most likely won’t ever come back here or stay at the resort after this experience. If do choose again I rather rent AIRNB. Train the staff on how to speak to customers that’s paying thousands of dollars to stay on Disney property!

Not only is the hotel an old one that needs updating, we were told we’d get magic hours with the booking of ANY OF THE DISNEY HOTELS. At check in time we were told magic hours were not available to this particular hotel. So they lied to get us to book. We spoke to managers, employees etc and they said there was nothing they can do for us. Neatless to say, we had to look for another hotel to stay at and spend more than expected. Thanks Disney for your oh so great customer service. 🙄 the kids were excited to stay here but we couldn’t stay because of the miscommunication on their part.
All stars movies
We stayed at the all star movies resort in May 22 for 2 weeks. Rooms were a little disappointing, need updating and hot. Pool area was good and restaurant was ok. The shuttle bus service runs frequently, if we stay onsite at Disney again I would stay at a different resort.
