My mother and I received service above and beyond. Tyler welcomed us and immediately recognized we needed assistance with our transportation needs. Not only did he arrange an excellent car service for our departure but he followed through to make sure we arrived safely, especially my elderly mother who was traveling home alone. Additionally , the entire hotel staff lovely.

Enjoyed my stay, they are on top of their game!
Arrived at the hotel at mid day on a really cold day. Was greeted by friendly Front Office Staff, who were all wearing their football team shirts, who gave me an early checkin. The rooms were modern and well appointed. I wanted to get some work done and the chair at the desk was heavy and clunky, I prefer more of an office chair, so not a deal breaker. This hotel is located in an area where there are many offices, so there is not much going on outside, so you will need to have a car or use a taxi/Uber if you want to go out for dinner or do some shopping at the Galleria. Went for a conference and the food was nice, but had one meal at the TEX Fusion Bar and the knocked it out with an amazing burger. The TEX Fusion Bar can be quite happening, on the two nights I stayed there, we had a big group staying there, so bar was busy. I saw the flight crew from Emirates and Qatar also stay at this property. Friendly and welcoming staff, clean modern hotel, well appointed rooms and great elevator control, no mad dashes to missed elevators.

Amazing experience!!!
During our recent stay at the hotel, the staff truly stood out with their warmth and attentiveness. From check-in to check-out, every team member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were not only efficient but also genuinely friendly, making our experience exceptionally pleasant. Their proactive approach to our needs and their genuine smiles created a positive atmosphere and made our weekend so special.. Al and Julie delivered outstanding customer service during our recent interaction. Al's attention to detail and genuine care amazed me. Julie's friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile set a high standard, making our experience truly enjoyable and memorable. The ladies in the restaurant made amazing omelets, Thank you all very much!!

Did not even get to stay. :/ Suites were not offered online so got directed to sales and got Adrienne. Was informed that she would need to “check with her manager” because they are “very particular” who they allow to stay in their newly renovated suites. Wow! As someone who organizes events state wide for my company I have never experienced such poor customer service and been offended before I even stepped foot in a hotel. Safe to say my Company will be taking our business now and in future elsewhere in the metroplex! Unbelievable.
