    Near MSP Airport

This was our lodging near the airport for our trip home. We had to drop off our rental car before going back to the hotel. Hotel was very accommodating with shuttles. My wife wanted to go to the Mall of America and one of the shuttle drivers even went out of his way to get us there.

Not the best! Not the worst.

This is my least favorite hotel near the mall of America. Hot tub was dirty, pool floor dirty, our bathroom had chipped flooring and for me the worst was.....daughter went to front desk asking for an extra blanket. 30 minutes later and now 1030 pm no blanket so I head to desk to ask for a blanket. No one ever brought that blanket. See photo of bathroom floor. Hotel appears to be older. Service is lacking. I will Only stay here if our team tells us to like this time. Our first night was spent a few doors down at hyatt place. Highly recommend that hotel for free breakfast and large rooms.

    Thanks Roxanne

A sincere thank you to Roxanne, who worked the front desk. You were gracious and kind even though it was such a cold winter morning. -Early am, type of cold. -Burr. Thank you for being so thoughtful, professional and kind.

    Lacked a lot

We just stayed here for 2 nights. Very dated, feces from previous guests smeared on inside and outside of shower curtain, no discount offered. One bed’s mattress was worn out and in extremely bad shape.

    Good and Bad

I’ll start with the good. The food in the restaurant was surprisingly very, very good. I ate there every night during my 4 night stay. They were packed every night and everyone enjoyed their food. The waitress, Rebecca, was phenomenal. My second night there, in spite of being so busy, she remembered exactly what all 6 in my party had ordered to drink the night before. I switched from beer to vodka sprite that night. On the third night, when taking our drink order, she asked me will it be beer or vodka and sprite. Very impressed! Now the bad. Check in was ridiculously slow. I mean real slow. I actually left the line and went into the restaurant to eat then returned to the counter to try again. I honestly couldn’t believe how long it took to get checked in. Next, the parking garage is very strange. If you park on the top floor you have to trudge through all the snow/ice to get into the hotel. If you want covered parking to avoid the snow, you enter into a dank, musty, nasty, rusty and slippery staircase that you have to carry your bags up only to find yourself outside again for a short walk into the hotel. Lastly, the beds in my room seemed very old. The mattresses were very soft, bouncy and noisy. Not comfortable.
