Good service all in the place
Lus is the best receptionist I have even had to check in with I give this man six stars if I could and he was so nice and helpful it was like he was happy to be at work providing us service this guy had the place lighting up for us like a red carpet entrance

Best customer service, Luis was so respectful and and had great energy. 10/10 would recommend this hotel! Had the best deals and good food service. Pool was clean and rooms were very tidy. Would be traveling back here as soon as possible. Great people!

Luis was wonderful very kind and place was very nice . definitely 10/10 The hotel was beautifully decorated and felt very welcoming. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the concierge went above and beyond to help me find a great restaurant for dinner. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and a lovely view. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of many attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting

Nice trip
Luis was very nice and hospitable would definitely come back, made check in very easy. Room was clean and the pool was nice would recommend this trip to families couples or just solos and one looking for a good time I would advise to stay at hotel landy.

(Okay!) Hotel Landy Orlando
Hotel Landy Orlando’s colorful layout offers boutique hotel intimacy, with world class service. Mr. Luis and Ms. Rene greeted immediately while waiting on other customers. My room was clean & comfortable; greenery surrounds the outdoor hot tub and pool area making it inaccessible to passersby. Landy feels like the perfect place for solo getaways, or family events. Finally, I checked out 2-hours later compliments of Mr. Luis.
