Jasmin is great!
Jasmin at the front desk is amazing! Accidentally booked the wrong day when traveling across the country and she was extremely helpful! Got us a room booked and made sure to accommodate us! Would definitely stay here again.

Wyndham
This trip was very disappointing. This location is undergoing renovations (would have been nice to know ahead of time) and the restaurant was closed. The room was also a problem, the room phone was not connected, the bathroom sink was cracked, and the toilet bowl took close to an hour to refill after use (luckily, i was alone this trip). The WiFi was very difficult to access (it kept telling me my cookie blocker was on - it wasn't). The front desk was not a desk or counter at all, it was a couple of fold up tables with computers on them. The overall look and feel of this property was exceptionally disappointing. It felt as if it should have been closed down for the extensive renovations going on.

Gross
I can understand that they are “under construction” but the place was gross. The elevators barely fit two adults comfortably. My room was dingy...having a hard time coming up with a word to describe the smell. Things were broken, sticky and the AC wouldn’t go below 73. Basically any metal object in the bathroom was rusted. The tub drain was pretty much disintegrated.

Not worth it
Air was not working doors would not lock. They couldnt move me to another room or provide a fan. Was told I could check out and they would not charge me anything.by that time it was past 7 pm and I had my grandchildren with me . We did not have a car at that moment. It was an inconvenience to me . I needed to be as close as possible to the hospital

Outdated and Needs Work
While the hotel is attempting to bring itself into the 20th century with lobby work, the guest rooms (especially the baths) needs attention. In the last two rooms I've stayed in, the fixtures are dated, worn, and apparently too expensive to upgrade. That said, even the rusted out towel bars were an eyesore. It wouldn't take much to spruce them up, but at the very least not pulling your towel off a rusted shelf should seem an easy fix.
