Jul 15, 2025The Crown needs help!
Been staying here for well over a decade and every year hotel seems to be in worse shape. They had my reservation all messed up and could not get the sales manager to call me back, even after I actually spoke to her for a few seconds and she promised to call me back. AC in room worked well. TV had good viewing options. The cleaning crew was spot on and did a great job on my room daily. Common areas did not have AC. Had to get my key reactivated every day for over a weeks stay. Ice makers on all but two floors did not work. Charge an excessive amount to park my truck and trailer. If this was not the Good Guys event hotel, and if we had not been staying here for past 20 years, then we would find a new place. Also the breakfast buffet is not worth the price of admission!

It's hard to find a clean, well-maintained hotel near Dublin Granville Road anymore. Then I found this gem! It was clean! The hotel was well maintained inside and out! The staff was friendly! The cost was also reasonable - but maybe it was because it wasn't a high-demand time, I don't know. I had a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend this hotel!

May 25, 2025To be avoided, unless it’s upgraded
Indifferent-to-unfriendly staff, ants in the room, no clean towels brought when requested, no replacement of soaps and shampoo, barely adequate breakfast buffet - the parent company needs to upgrade this hotel ASAP. At least the room was quiet, and the sole employee doing dinner service was friendly.

Terrible IHG experience
Worst IHG experience by far. We arrived well before the food venue was closed but were told those running it were leaving. At check in it was confirmed that food was still available but this time the server simply said he was done cooking. The TV in our room was very small. Water in the shower never warned. Cleaning cloths were laying on counters. There was confusion on inclusion of our meal but they waited until we started eating before we were told our meal would be an extra charge. When I went to the front desk I was told “talk to IHG”. We stayed because of proximity. Will drive and stay in a clean and kind place.

Do not recommend!
I went to attend a Worthington Chamber event. The food was horrible. Basically a steamed chicken breast (no sauce, spices, butter) with rice and literally 3 slices of a bell pepper. They had us in an outside tent in winter without heat. When they did decide to turn the heat on a fuse blew. I went to the bathroom to warm up. Not only was the bathroom (indoors) cold but half to the stalls were out of order. I can only imagine what the hotel rooms were like. I do not recommend!
