    Mediocre food, terrible service, and cockroaches!🪳

    My room was missing a phone, tv didn’t work, mini fridge was empty. They charge a “convenience” fee for room service although it’s all inclusive? The food was terrible. The shower head in my bathroom was meant for someone 4 ft tall. I’m not exaggerating. I’m 5’9”. And I found cockroaches! Trust me. Stay away.

    10 days at Crown Paradise PV

    Resort is tired & need of a good refresh. Pool area was good , entertainment good Beach was good if you could find a day bed ( which needed some tlc) drink service avail or self service at Breeze bar. Food was ok - I found the kids buffet had a better selection, fresher and better layout

    golden crown money grab

    Hello , we have stayed at the crown at least 12 times, and were looking to book another 2 weeks for this dec. 2025 , but it looks like now they want 4 people to stay in a 1 bedroom ?? we had our son come last year and he tried unsuccessfully to sleep on the pull out bed it was horrible,we put the mattress on the ground lol, there is now way 2 older adults could ever sleep on a worn out pull out bed it must be some kind of bad joke!!!!!!! so unfortunatly we will not be returning, love the place and people, but when booking 4 adults you expect proper sleeping accomadations.
