Good Hotel
I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. My room was on the 3rd floor facing a warehouse dock. Although I was initially concerned about noise, I didn't have any issues. The hotel is in a good location. It's 2 blocks from the Baird Center, and many restaurants in walking distance. There is a hallway that connects the hotel to the 3rd Street Market Hall which reminded me of a shopping center food court. Front desk was welcoming and check in/out was quick. The room was comfortable and I'd say it had better lighting than many other hotels I've stayed at. However, hot water in the shower wasn't always there, and the ventilation wasn't sufficient. The beds were comfortable and I enjoyed the memory foam headrest more than I thought. Internet was spotty. There was a lot of buffering when I was watching a movie at night.

Terrible Stay
This is our second stay at this property for the gymnastics Milwaukee Motorcycle Classic. We had a lovely stay in 2024. We are staying with our family of 6 so we requested adjoining rooms. Upon checking in, we were given adjoining rooms. We are platinum elites, but had no offer of an upgrade and only a perk of $10/room for the stay or points was offered with inquiry. We went into room 511 and it reeked of weed covered up with perfume smell. We immediately went to the front desk and they said they did not have another set of adjoining rooms, so we decided to split our family into rooms across the hall from each other. After tucking our younger kids into bed, we were checking to make sure we had the right keys, we realized the door keys were not working. At 9pm, we went down to the front desk to try to rectify this. It turns out the lock was not working. With only one person working the desk, there was nothing they could do to fix this situation except ask us to pack up and move rooms. No manager on duty on site (the clerk was only able to call him) and no maintenance available. I’m not sure how making the customer move rooms twice is considered quality service at a property (plus waiting in line for hours because there was only one person working the desk!) . This is a known busy weekend with a gymnastics meet. Why is there only one person at the desk and one housekeeper working in this whole hotel? This will likely be our last stay here. We will take our business to another property that is better staffed and wants to give customers a comfortable stay!

Vanessa and Camille!
The hotel property was lovely and the rooms were clean. But the best part was the customer service. Vanessa and Camille were top notch and two of the best customer centric employees I have experience. Give them a raise! They went above and beyond to make our experience lovely. Great job, ladies!

Great stay - GREAT STAFF!
The staff was amazing, from check in to check out. I do have to give a shout out to the overnight front desk attendant on 10/11. It was late and me and my friend ordered some food. The delivery place forgot to include hot sauce. I need my hot sauce! He went and found some for us. It was more than he needed to do as he was already a super nice guy. That’s called “above and beyond” and he deserves to be rewarded. I wish I had gotten his name, but kudos to whomever you are! I will be staying there again, no doubt 😉

Great Stay
Very comfortable room and amenities. Staff were above average, very helpful and responsive. My door lock needed to be changed, and John was quick and efficient. Loved that the 3rd Street Market is adjacent, so that added to the enjoyment of my stay.
