Not worth it
Very luxurious looking. Kinda complicated to find when there’s two hotels together. Ppl that work there do not know how to treat ppl or give any information. N if u loose ur luggage at airport n they deliver, these ppl will make h wait till they want to give u ur bag! We had to wait for our luggage to be delivered by staff to the room even tho my son went to get it n showed a Proper ID n proof that it was his bag. Room wasn’t fully clean either. The food in the casino area super gross n expensive. Ur better off crossing the street n going to a small lil spot across the street that sells chicken wings. Or the taco place that has an extremely long line all day.

The Worst Ever Hotel Experience
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! NOT EVEN WORTH A STAR! We had our 2 nights stay in CONRAD Las Vegas. On the first night of stay, someone broke into our room. They were able to access our room and switched on the room's light. However, before we were able to get up from bed and move to the door, they had already left the room. We did not however make any police report or brought it to the security, as u know, the process is time consuming, and we may need to skip our tour for that. We checked out on the third day early morning at 5am at the front desk and received our invoice by email. The nightmare began soon after we reached our home country. When checking our credit card statement, there was an unexplained exorbitant charge for room restoration of USD 1500!!!!!! We quickly rang the hotel and emailed them. We were informed that our room toilet was overflowing with toilet paper and feces, restroom floors scattered with trash, and trashcan being smeared with feces. WE DENIED AS WE DID NOT LEAVE THE ROOM LIKE THIS! We wrote to the hotel and told them about the break in, hoping that they will investigate if anyone misused our room after our departure. However, they replied that they had no direct evidence for that but not letting us to view the CCTV footage. If they had the CCTV checked, they would have seen it as what I'm saying here is true. I REPEAT AGAIN, I LEFT THE ROOM IN A PROPER ETIQUETTE. I'm honoured with Hilton Gold status, and I have visited many hotels worldwide under Hilton and Marriott. Never had I experienced something like this. I love travelling, but this incident has come to a point that is bordering on being a harassment to me. There are 2 possibilities, first the room being misused by someone else after my departure. Second, the evidence was FABRICATED by the housekeeping team and this hotel is a SCAM. I hope that many more would learn from this painful experience I'm sharing here and beware.

Great stay modern new hotel
After reading some (snobbish privileged) reviews on here before we stayed we were a little nervous but after staying we had no major issues. We found this hotel amazing for our first time in Vegas. All the staff were decent, the rooms extremely clean (room was cleaned every day) and stylish, modern area amazing views of the strip and the pool area was great. Some of the restaurants looked very pricey and fancy, but that seemed like their style. Also, the hotel is at the end of the strip so a bit of a walk to the strip but we would have no issues staying here again infact we loved it.

Not as bad as some people make it out to be.
Checkin was quick but they didn't have my hhonors number on the reservation. Quickly fixed. I got the benefits letter and two bottles of water. The room was clean and had daily maid service. Two downsides one was that you can only use the breakfast credit at one restaurant. This gets old on the second day and the coffee was bad. The second issue is that my $100 food and beverage credit was not credited on my bill. This one is partly on me because I used express checkout instead of checking out in person. However, one shouldn't be having this issue. As for others complaining about no in room coffee/tea this is modern Vagas and not many hotels have in room coffee. The music in VIVA was very loud which is annoying. Not sure why music needs to be blasted. I am not a fan of the quart size shampoo and body wash in the shower.

Solid but Not 5 Star
I'm not sure how this can be considered a 5 star hotel. There was no one to open the doors or help with luggage to our room. Every time we called for needs on the phone, it was an automated system. It was strange but overall, we had a good time. When we arrived, the app told us we needed to check in despite expecting a virtual room key. We had booked a suite. It took a few minutes for the app to update so we could go to our room bypassing the long check-in line. I highly recommend waiting for the app to update so you aren't waiting in line. If you book a suite expecting to use the pull-out sofa bed, I highly recommend calling ASAP for linens to be placed on it. Overall, the room was beautiful and clean. If you stay here, expect minimal actual human-to-human contact with employees. You check in and you check out.
