Diamond member not welcomed
As a Diamond member I was given a 25 $ Voucher per person per day (100$) for food and beverages (as listed on the webpage). While checking out they explained that this voucher was only valid in one of the 40 restaurants in the resort. I’m very upset and feel betrayed. After lengthy discussion they accepted to reduce my bill not by 100$ but by 50$. Additionally they advertised self parking for 10 $ and valet for 35$. I asked for self parking our RV, what was again denied. Instead I had to pay 35$ per day because we’re traveling with a RV. I really do not understand why they are treating Diamond members this way. Last but not least: I called housekeeping on May 24 at noon and asked for cleaning the room. When we came back at midnight the room was not cleaned. While checking out they only said „sorry for this“.

Great hotel
Lovely clean hotel. Check in was good and staff very helpful. Our room was lovely . Had 6 nights here and would definitely come again . Hotel at quieter end of strip but easy acces to deuce bus. Lots of eating and drinking places loved it. Casino a nice size not too overwhelming as in some places. Theatre and pool area excellent.

So slow and disconnected
We have been here for less than 2 hours and the room is very nice. Clean, large and modern. However the resort is clearly overwhelmed and understaffed. So disappointing. Took one hour to get our luggage. Then the valet ticket doesn’t work if you don’t pay ahead, but no one tell you this. The front desk doesn’t know what the concierge knows or what the valet knows. Once the weekend is over I will rethink if we come back.

Not worth it
Very luxurious looking. Kinda complicated to find when there’s two hotels together. Ppl that work there do not know how to treat ppl or give any information. N if u loose ur luggage at airport n they deliver, these ppl will make h wait till they want to give u ur bag! We had to wait for our luggage to be delivered by staff to the room even tho my son went to get it n showed a Proper ID n proof that it was his bag. Room wasn’t fully clean either. The food in the casino area super gross n expensive. Ur better off crossing the street n going to a small lil spot across the street that sells chicken wings. Or the taco place that has an extremely long line all day.

The Worst Ever Hotel Experience
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! NOT EVEN WORTH A STAR! We had our 2 nights stay in CONRAD Las Vegas. On the first night of stay, someone broke into our room. They were able to access our room and switched on the room's light. However, before we were able to get up from bed and move to the door, they had already left the room. We did not however make any police report or brought it to the security, as u know, the process is time consuming, and we may need to skip our tour for that. We checked out on the third day early morning at 5am at the front desk and received our invoice by email. The nightmare began soon after we reached our home country. When checking our credit card statement, there was an unexplained exorbitant charge for room restoration of USD 1500!!!!!! We quickly rang the hotel and emailed them. We were informed that our room toilet was overflowing with toilet paper and feces, restroom floors scattered with trash, and trashcan being smeared with feces. WE DENIED AS WE DID NOT LEAVE THE ROOM LIKE THIS! We wrote to the hotel and told them about the break in, hoping that they will investigate if anyone misused our room after our departure. However, they replied that they had no direct evidence for that but not letting us to view the CCTV footage. If they had the CCTV checked, they would have seen it as what I'm saying here is true. I REPEAT AGAIN, I LEFT THE ROOM IN A PROPER ETIQUETTE. I'm honoured with Hilton Gold status, and I have visited many hotels worldwide under Hilton and Marriott. Never had I experienced something like this. I love travelling, but this incident has come to a point that is bordering on being a harassment to me. There are 2 possibilities, first the room being misused by someone else after my departure. Second, the evidence was FABRICATED by the housekeeping team and this hotel is a SCAM. I hope that many more would learn from this painful experience I'm sharing here and beware.
