The best vacation ever
It's a wonderful experience to vacation in your own Bahamaland. I stayed a Comfort Suites hotel and I had a grand time from the pleasant attitudes at the front desk to the staff at Crusoes Restaurant the bartenders and maids were also fantastic and the fact that you can go over and enjoy the pool and beaches at Atlantis was great This comes on my to do list

Mag
very good rate offered for the group; people are so nice in the hotel who are very helpful. Will definitely make it first choice for group stay.only thing is checkin has to be one by one so we spent about 30 mins just try to checkin the whole group. But overall, I like their services and hospitality while we staying there.

A below average stay in what should have been a better operation.
Pretty hotel but sloppy operation. Taxes and miscelleneous fees add almost 40% to cost of room eg $40/day housekeeping charge extra fee. All told, fees add $65/day to room cost. They lost my prepaid, 10 day reservation and had to create space for me.Good thing i had printed proof. Took 50 mins to check me in. Room layout seems nice but toilet runs, hot water is limited, bathroom door cannot open all the way as floor is warped, ac only works on two settings, too hot or too cold, breakfast is a bit of a mess with food inside, seating outside. Get your food, walk outside, put it on table, return inside for cutlery and toast and they have cleared your table in the time it took so start again. Everyone is nice and tries, but systems and infrastructure clearly need attention. Internet is spotty.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
Just want to start with the rooms are dirty and they do a poor job with housekeeping. On our 4th day there was a huge leak in our room coming from the ceiling over the sink area and they were forced to change our room. We understand things happen, so, it wasn’t a problem to change rooms, but when we went to the front desk, Denzel (or some variation of that name) was super rude and seemed upset that he had to get us another room. No apology, no courtesy, just a sassy, nasty attitude. Just a very poor experience. Breakfast was horrible too. I get anything free on Paradise Island is a win, but it was terrible. Pool was decent.

Making memories last a lifetime
Everyone was so nice at the hotel. The bartenders were very friendly and the food at the restaurant was good. We went for a cheer competition and got put in this hotel as overflow from Atlantis. I will use this hotel again in the future it's a close walk to Atlantis close walk to the beach you get all the amenities of Atlantis two free complimentary bottles of water free breakfast. I would like to give a special shout out to our housekeeper Rhonda she was so friendly and always acknowledged my baby girl and talked to her about her trip. Our room was always spotless she went above and beyond and folded our clothes that we had in the bathroom. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends.
