THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR STAY!
On our journey from Texas to Tennessee, we stopped and spent the night here. We enjoyed our stay so much, we stayed here again on our way back! Professional and friendly service all around from everyone, extremely clean rooms, comfortable beds...it was just great! But I think my favorite was the towels!!! Oh my goodness...so soft and fluffy! We will DEFINITELY be back through!
Could be better..
Stayed here recently & while the rooms are nice it’s not all that it should be. With COVID-19 one would assume that hotels are cleaning better. The housekeeping carts had no blankets (meaning they are still using the same ones for each customer) & the only cleaning product we saw was some $1 tree spray. That concerns me highly! The pool wasn’t open although it was technically summer, breakfast was packaged donuts, pop tarts, oatmeal & grits packages & yogurt. No fresh fruit or anything else. Even that was placed out late. I initially was traveling with service dogs but decided not to bring them. For this reason I’m pretty sure I was placed in a pet friendly room. The downside to that... I made it home with a tick attached to my neck! Again while to the naked eye it doesn’t look unclean, it most certainly is.
The comfort, cleanliness, convenience, and cost is reason enough to stay here. But the star is the staff. Treated me (and my new puppy) like I had been there a hundred times (my first stay). I felt like an old friend and they they could not possibly have done more to be of help. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
After driving 12 hours, all I wanted was an easy checkin, non smoking room, and a working TV. Instead, I enter the hotel to see no one is wearing masks, nor even the help. I wait to checkin, then, the front desk tells me to step aside why he yells at the girl to come back because her card didn’t go through. I wait. I then wait again while he is talking with another customer. I get my key, travel up to my room, and it is a nasty smoking room. I come all the way down again, wait in line, then, get another room. This time there is no remote for my Tv. I call down and the guy at the front desk says he has customers and will get back to me in 20 minutes. He never does. I call back and he says he still has customers to check in and he’s the only one who can try and find me a remote. What a horrible experience. I should have stayed in the LaQuinta like last time. No service, non smoking room, or TV.
The woman at the desk Tameika was the nicest person to ever check me in and had insanely excellent problem solving skills. Marcus Lambert on the second day was cleaning out by the lobby and was so freaking kind/social. Great service all around! Do recommend and these employees should be commended on their amazing job ethics and social skills. :-)
