Sherell greeted us at the front soooooooo professionally and friendly! She made us feel comfortable as soon as we approached the desk to check-in. I KNOW now that this trip holds wonderful ahead! A beautiful greeting after getting off the interstate was everything. Thank you, Sherell & Comfort Inn Suites! Our suite is clean/great ❤.

By far my best hotel experience.
The front desk attendant, Monica, was very professional, courteous & friendly. That's something that is so much a rarity these days! Upon my arrival Monica took time to go over my reservation & gave detailed information on my room type, the breakfast/coffee bar as well as check out time. I don't remember having to ask one question, as she was very thorough with providing me information. This particular hotel is by far the most beautiful & warming hotel that I've ever stayed at. I'll definitely be staying at this location when traveling as well as recommending it to others! Please continue the good work!

A Really Nice Place To Stay
The customer service from Monica was exceptional, she clearly understands the meaning of “service”. I would return to Comfort Inn at Lttle Rock just knowing me and my family would be well taken care of. The location is perfect, close to downtown and relatively inexpensive. The only advice I would have for this location is to move the smoking areas away from the front door and the walkway to the garage. In both of the current locations there were smokers in which made us slightly uncomfortable due to the smoke we encountered when leaving the hotel and going to our car. The room was clean, the facilities are in above average condition and the free breakfast was good. Overall a good experience.

Good host, bar, and food.
Monica was a great host. She was very polite and helpful. The service at the bar was great. Food and drinks were delicious. The pizza and wings were amazing. The room was clean and had all of the amenities. A kurig coffe maker, microwave, and mini fridge. Will definitely return for business or leisure.

Going above and beyond
We stayed at Comfort Inn and Suites Presidential for 11 days for business. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Huge shout out to Monica for her professionalism and welcoming hospitality throughout our stay. We look forward to our next stay.
