Just alright
Probably would not stay here again. The toilet we had Was constantly running. We had a neighbor that we had to call security on because he was yelling and being very loud past midnight. The escalators were not working so going from the parking garage to the elevator we needed to get to our room was a maze and very confusing . The beds were comfortable. Overall the place is older and needs updating. For the money I don’t feel the value was there .

Goods and bads
I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms. Spacious and clean and more upgraded than I anticipated on the higher levels of the main tower. Service for needed items was prompt. The restaurants for some reason other than the food court are closed daily. Have to go to different hotel to get breakfast at all so, expect some walking. The walking at times can be difficult as the escalators seem to be constantly shutdown meaning find an elevator or up and down stairs. Not good for elderly folks! Casino is disappointing. 99% computerized games. To find real play, you have to go next door. No real concierge's working. The booth is maintained but my opinion is they are just bodies as they know nothing of area and can’t actually book anything for you. Don't bother asking for suggestions, they have none. This ridiculous resort fee is nothing but a ripoff. What am I paying $44 a day for? Stayed here for a convention and was not displeased other than the fee.

Truck was vandalized in parking garage with major damage!
Our truck was vandalized in parking lot during our overnight stay of less than seven hours! Several dents on passenger side from blunt force from fists or objects striking truck and long horizontal scratches on both sides of truck that was in perfect condition when we arrived! A/C was very noisy and barely worked in room. Toilet only wanted to flush intermittently because the tank would not fill up. It was a horrible maze trying to follow directions to registration. Couldn’t find an escalator that would work. Woman working gaming area for kids watched me buy a $30 game card for my son and then told us “sorry you can’t use it because we’re closing now.” I asked her why she allowed me to buy the card and she just shrugged and said “no refunds.” So we lost $30 and then had major damage done to our truck in their parking structure on top of it due to NO SECURITY. Would NOT recommend. Don’t go there!!!

Horrible Service, won't be back.
Service was terrible. Checking didn't match our third party receipt and was told sorry take it up with third party. Valet limited and had to wait over half hour at times to find someone to assist. Cleaning only happened once in our 4 day stay and coffee/tea products were not restocked. Tried calling bell desk for assistance for checkout and phone rang off the hook. Called front desk, they said sorry and transferred me back to the desk that no one answered. Ended up doing everything myself because they won't let you use a cart without a bell person. Overall was very disappointed, not sure I will ever be back.

Black mold in rooms and water problems.
When we arrive the whole lobby was literally raining because it rained outside. Then when we got to our room, there was mold speckled all over the ceiling and the wallpaper was peeling because of the moisture. Needless to say we had to leave and not stay. This hotel is depressing and it’s not the same as it was when I was little. My kids said everyone, including the clown looks depressed.
