Mediocre at best
I stayed at this Marriott after staying in Hilton properties on this trip... no comparison: HILTON. MARRIOTT Less expensive. More expensive Two bottled waters on arrival. No bottled water available Working in room refrigerator. Non-working refrigerator filled with towels (See attached photo) Bagged breakfast on leaving. No food or coffee service available (Fruit, 2 juices, bottled water, Breakfast and lunch bar, squeezable yogurt) Internet complimentary/easy. Front desk had to intervene for complimentary internet All room functions working. Bedside light burned out, bedside Power outlet not functioning (front desk notified, not fixed during stay Effortless reservation on line. Unable to confirm my acct number prior to arrival Two sanitizer bottles (lobby/elevator) empty Lobby darker than it should be This disparity despite my being an enhanced cardholder at both chains. Room itself was clean, comfortable, good parking. No restaurants within walking distance.
Great Hotel for a one night trip to Cincinnati
This is a great place for a stay in Cincinnati, It is close to both I75 and I275, and is close to restaurants. They provided an excellant smal; suite for my stay, a very good steak house to call for dinner to be delivered and a very comfortable bed for hte night.
Comfortable, updated property
I was in town for work, and this hotel was centrally located and had everything I was looking for - convenience, comfortable room, a variety of food options and a gym. It was updated inside so had an energy about it.
This is a great Marriott property. It is centrally located to my travel needs with tons of major companies in the area. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There were no problems with the room and the working space throughout the hotel is excellent. I will be back!
Nice Well-Maintained Property with Good Service
I booked this property for a last minute weekend getaway. Checked in around 7:30 p.m. on a Friday for two-days. Front desk staff was pleasant and had me checked in quickly (less than 2 minutes). Room was spotless with modern features (nice smart TV (with Netflix and YouTube), updated shower fixtures, etc.). Bed and bedding was great with standard Marriott quality. This property charges for Internet and I have never cared for places that "nickel and dime" services. In fairness, this was disclosed on the booking site and there was no charge for parking, but Internet is pretty much a necessity these days. The pool was in decent condition and clean. It was heated about perfect and the room was sufficiently heated to avoid freezing when getting out. They fitness room was outstanding with modern equipment in perfect condition (nice treadmills, stationary bikes, free weight dumb bells up to 50 pounds, etc.) Restaurant/bar looked nice but I did not visit this trip . The property is located within a business park but it was very quiet. There is a variety of restaurants within just a couple of minutes, and downtown Cincy is about 30 minutes depending on traffic of course. West Chester is a nice little suburb.
